It’s time for a change! Over the last 10 years, ST Engineering Aerospace has given me many opportunities & challenges. I have worked on several high-impact projects creating value for customers & shareholders. My team & I wrapped up the very successful FedEx Boeing 757 passenger-to-freighter (P2F) conversion program in Singapore, converted 5 Boeing 757 passenger aircraft into 15-pallet freighters for an Asian operator, converted the world’s first Airbus 321 passenger aircraft into a freighter, set up & carried out Boeing 717 base maintenance in Singapore, took a flying training organisation out of near coordinated enforcement action, leading the MRO business through COVID-19 and forged a new entity following an organisational restructuring. ST Engineering has also invested in my personal leadership development by sponsoring me to attend the INSEAD Advanced Management Program. I’m most grateful to the many dedicated & talented people (colleagues, suppliers & customers) with whom I had worked alongside; they have taught me teamwork, trust & perseverance. I’m equally thankful to those who have shown me true human colours in difficult times for they have taught me integrity & honesty & the lack of thereof. But now it’s time for a new adventure…
