Request a trip earnings review

Before accepting a request for a trip, the application systematically indicates the minimum guaranteed price of the journey, net of charges. This price is calculated by estimating the duration and distance of the journey, and incorporating the dynamic pricing in effect at the time of booking.

Traffic conditions and other factors may have an impact on the initially quoted price. The price of the trip may be adjusted if the trip is significantly longer than initially advertised, for example if the actual pick-up or drop-off location is different from the one indicated at the time of the request, if there is a change of route or if the trip has taken much longer than expected. In this case, the price is calculated according to the time and distance of the new trip and updated once the trip is completed.

Please note, we will only provide an adjustment if these conditions apply, in most cases this adjustment will happen automatically. For more information vist the link below.

As a reminder, from January 2021, the addition of new diesel vehicles, i.e. vehicles registered in 2021, will no longer be authorized on the application.

Once your documents have been validated by the VTC register manager, you will be invited to pay the registration fee (€170).
