Anxiety weighs down the heart, but a kind word cheers it up. ~ Proverbs 12:25
This one’s simple: if you’re feeling anxious, talk to a real friend. Sometimes a kind word of encouragement from someone we care about (or don’t care too much for!) can help calm us down and get perspective on our troubles. At the very least, a confidence boost from a friend may be what we need to get through the worrisome situation at hand.
Kind words can be affirmation, acknowledgement of talent or ability, or even something lighthearted to help you relax. Either way, I anticipate Tip#11 will probably be a favorite for readers reading this list.

这条建议很简单:如果你感到焦虑,就和真正的朋友聊聊。有时候,来自我们关心的人(或者不太在意的人!)的一句鼓励,就能帮助我们平静下来,更客观地看待自己的烦恼。至少,朋友的鼓励或许正是我们度过眼前困境所需要的。
鼓励可以是肯定,可以是对才能或能力的认可,甚至是轻松愉快的话语,帮助你放松。无论如何,我预感第11条建议会成为读者们最喜欢的建议之一。
