INVISIBLE SOUL BODY

 INVISIBLE SOUL BODY

无形灵魂体 Wúxíng línghún tǐ

There was a tribe called the Essenes, they were a cross between Judaism before Christianity came into the world. They have been buried not only physically but also in the consciousness of mankind. As you know the Dead Sea Scrolls revealed that this tribe was the source of much of that which Jesus taught. And in this Essenes group there was a tradition that if you wanted to join us and live in our community, you had to give up your possessions and it became communal property. So if you decided the way of the Essenes, you had access to all that the community had. No one else had done this and everything that we have is yours. Use it, as you will. So by giving up your few possessions, you had access to all that the community had. And these people were called the poor. And you can begin to see then their interpretation of the meaning poor in Spirit.

Now when Jesus took this communal idea and rephrased it as to the poor in spirit, he gave us the clue to divine grace. Because you gave up the little; however, dear it was, you had access to the fullness.

Divine grace you gave up however little it was you had access to the fullness. And as we give up our concepts, our belief, our ideas, however great we have become attached to them suddenly we have access to infinity. And these poor in spirit letting the infinite function through the individual who has already relinquished his belief is the great inaction of the transcendental consciousness.

Now most of us are troubled by the ability to do that. We want certain things, but we are not aware that in order to attain certain things, other things must be sacrificed. And the degree of the sacrifice is going to determine the degree of our attainment.

Now Paul starts out with the Corinthians on that basis. I have talked to you up to now as if you were spiritual children he says. I have been feeding you milk. But now you have assimilated some of that you are ready for the meat. And so he stands before the Corinthians and he begins to reveal the meat. The meat that the world knows not of.

Now here with just a hand full today and unquestionably, all of us are still adjusting to this world. Not only attempting to enter the awareness of the kingdom but we are adjusting. We are in a period of trying to assimilate to adjust to apply to progress. Basically trying to establish His will in us. And we find that at times the shoe is tight, sometimes it is too big. The fit is never just right. Now at this very moment while we are trying to make the fit just right, each of us is truly one with the infinite grace of the Father.

We may not realize it, but the infinite grace of God is ever present. It was with us before the world was. It is with us now. It has no where to go. We cannot flee from that infinite grace. Now it takes just a moment to bring yourself into the awareness that never can I flee from the infinite grace of God. We are one. And surprisingly enough it is just that moment of reminder within us, which repairs the offense. You will find that five minutes after you have done this something within you is happening. Directly traceable to that moment in which you were aware that I in the infinite grace of God are one. That infinite grace is flowing through me now because I have surrendered my hacksaw, my hammer.

I stand here with no possessions of my own. With no intelligence of my own. With nothing that I can say is mine. For all is of the Father. And as I rest in that quiet awareness having surrendered my possessions, the possessions of the infinite, the community, the universal self all pour through and say to me, "son all that I have is thine."  All you would have had to do was surrender the little you thought you had. For it was a barrier, it was a barrier. There was a you holding out a hacksaw and a hammer. There was a you clinging to your personal belief that such and such over there is a disease. A such and such over there is a limitation. Such and such over there is a lack. And you’re clinging to these beliefs you made it so. You fixed it in consciousness. You labeled it. You held onto your hacksaw and your hammer and all the while the entire tool chest was yours but you would not accept it.

Now then we learn not to cling. We learn that by clinging we loose the fullness. And we learn that by not clinging is meant that whatever grace flows through us, the mystery of it is that if we hold on to it, we have not received that which was ours in the first place and we have in some way rejected the Christ. Once you borrow from the infinite, once you borrow back the hacksaw or hammer, you cannot say now this is mine. Some one else will need it too.

And so we learn that the secret of grace is learning that grace is not for you alone. When it flows into you fine but let it flow with the privilege of sharing. This is the glorious truth that we all learn the hard way. As it flows through us, out into the world we are letting it function. According to the divine will. We are learning that we are but a place where the glory of God must shine for others. It can never shine for us alone. That is how we lose it.

And now before the Corinthians let us see what Paul has to say along these point because he is going to take them into the third initiation.

And I, brethern, could not speak unto you as spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. (1 Corinthians 3:1)

That is how you have been up to now is says.

I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able. (1 Corinthians 3:2)

For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men? (1 Corinthians 3:3)

He is pointing out that they are still hanging on to their hacksaw and their hammer. They have not become poor. They have not jointed the community. They are living in individuality. The are living in personal envies and jealousies. Now this may be a foreign thing to you, perhaps these are too glaring a defect for you to have. Perfects your deflects are a little less glaring. Perhaps they are a little subtler. But the point is well made that as long as we are standing up or going against any man as we have not learned the principle of loving our neighbor as ourselves, we are preventing the flow of infinity, the flow of grace, the power of the transcendental consciousness from expressing in our being.

Now I know one woman who has an ulcer and her healing was so simple that it was based on one thing alone. She just decided after a little conversation that she was going out and calls up a few people whom she had been holding in bondage, animosity for past favors not done. And this was such a glow to her being able to call them up and cancel it out, that she called up three or four and then she reported she had no ulcer. This was not my idea it was hers. Just something that I happened to mention without the slightest idea she would pick it up that way. There was the end of an ulcer for her and as she said, “I can eat anything I want now.” That was her greatest glory.

We are just standing there defying infinity when we hold on to a grudge of some kind or a judgment. And these judgments flow pretty easily into people’s minds. They are not only judgments of people they are judgments that the Father isn’t here. Now do you realize that many a person who today is suffering from an illness of some kind or other problems could lose it almost over night without any help from anyone it would go something like this?

A person thinks they are dying of cancer. And they moan they are whip lashed by fear, they cannot sleep, and they are worried. They even wish they would die. If they could only not wake up, how easy it would be. But they do awaken. And their legs can’t carry them through the morning. They can hardly get out of bed. And all this time they feel that why did this happen to me, I know all about God?

Now that very individual if that individual could hear the voice within it would say, “You don’t know me at all?” You have been unwilling to give up your hacksaw and your hammer. You are holding on to beliefs that are as obsolete as the Model T Ford. Is not God omnipresent? Could you ever be less than one with God, which is your being. If you would just get on to that floor, phone and forgive yourself and say to yourself, “I forgive me for believing that God was after me?” That is all. Just forgive yourself for believing there is a place called you where God is after me. And with all your mind, heart and soul as you do this you discover there is no such place where God is absent. I simply had not given up my concepts. I had been blinded by pain. I had been blinded by the senses. And I had accepted the absence of God.

Now we each have been given a private world of our own but we are not aware of it. You have been given a world of complete total universal world and you possess it. Everywhere you look at, that is your world. You may think it is someone else’s and someone else exist in it, but no one does. That is your world completely.

It all begins within you. And this is your mental out-picturing and I cannot enter your world without your consent. And that world is not your Father’s kingdom, but it is a very important and very valuable world. Because it is the mirror of your consciousness. And if in that mirror you see problems, why you are just looking at your own consciousness. You are looking out at that which is within yourself. And fortunately, you have that world because without it out there how would you know what is in your consciousness? That world has a great purpose for you. It is to teach you. You look at it, you see the problems and they direct you within where you make your adjustments. Finally, you get the idea that is what this world is all about. I have my world. And now I must learn how to redeem it.

I must learn how to transform it into the kingdom of God. So I look out at my world. There is a lot of good in it. There is a lot of evil in it. There is a lot of Joy in it. There is a lot of sorrow in it. And as I see the opposites to the left and to the right, I realize well, of course, no wonder it is not the kingdom of God. There are no opposites in God’s kingdom. How could there be sorrow, or lack, or limitation or problems or women or men or children or suffering in God’s kingdom? No, no this is not God’s kingdom, but only God is out there. Only God is there. And yet look at this world that I am seeing.

Now my work is cut out for me. This world that I call my world, I must transform and I do not know how. Only God is there, only perfection is there, only grace is there for God is all. God is omnipresent. And I am seeing that which is not the Father. Now in the midst of me is planted a witness of the Father. And to this witness I turn for this is the redeemer within. This redeemer within is the inner savior. This Christ will reconcile me with my source. So that the infinite grace of the Father realized through the Christ of my being slowly transforms my world of opposites into the omnipresent tangible livable, experiencing kingdom of God on earth.

And so I turn to my redeemer. Thou in the midst of me. Thou who art powerful. Thou who art more powerful than the things I see. Redeem this world. Stand fast for me. Teach me how to love, myself, my neighbor, my friends. Teach me how to love that which I see. Teach me how to pierce the myth (mist), the glass darkly which prevents me from seeing what is there. And the redeemer responds,

I and the Father are one. And I will go before thee and make the crocked places straight for thee

Make this world straight for thee. I will go before thee and open the way that you may see the kingdom of God on earth. I am the grace of the Father functioning in you. And as long as you remain conscious of me, letting all of the infinite Father flow through me, through you, without you suddenly saying, wait a minute I have a few tools of my own to run this thing, you will discover the infinity of spirit functions in you. Flows and direct you in every possible way in startling ways, in ways that are so surprising you hesitate to mention them to anyone on earth unless you know that he or she has also been there.

Now Paul had seen all of these ways. Paul had a great secret. Paul says I am a master builder. A master Mason. I am a carpenter like Jesus. And his great secret was that he was building the inner body. Now he is standing before his own people whom he has trained. He has brought them up to this point where they are ready to learn that in order to find the new heaven and the new earth and to be new man, there must be a new mind and a new body. You can’t have the old human mind and old human body and experience the kingdom of Heaven on earth. There must be transition in the flesh here and now in the new body of spirit, the soul bodies. And Paul revealed that this is the body in which he functioned.

I live yet not I, Christ liveth my life.

And he is here speaking to men who have renounced the old law and are learning about the power of love to transmute them from men of earth to men who walk in the ways of God.

Flesh and blood will profit you nothing.

The body of flesh and blood he tells them do not enter into heaven. And so we who find that we are willing to give up the hammer and hacksaw to share the infinite, must now go beyond that hammer and the hacksaw, beyond the concept that Paul says, you must make a sacrifice of yourself.

Now it is easier to find a lesser way than this, but it is the same story you get what you pay for. And the way to the kingdom is the way of the acceptance of a new spiritual body. A new spiritual self. A new spiritual mind. You can’t hold on to the old one. You can’t hold on to one and also have the other. And you cannot have the new one until there is a capitulation; a realization there is no way for me to do this of mine own self. Now that is the crossroad we come to.

Now look at this little ruler. We want to bring this into practical understanding. Here it says. This is an inch and an inch and we have about eighteen inches. And we can measure eighteen inches here and eighteen inches there, etc in every direction. But this is an imitation. What is it measuring? There is an inch over here and over there, but you don’t see it. And all this has tried to do is measure those inches. Before there could be inches on a ruler there had to be inches here. You could burn this, break it over your knee. The inches here would still remain but these inches would go. This is just a device to measure something you really cannot see. Behind all the visible inches there must be invisible inches.

It makes no difference if we had said a mile, if you saw floods coming in and annihilating miles of land. They could not annihilate the invisible mile, the invisible inches. Just as you could burn this, but these invisible inches would still remain? The flood could not annihilate the invisible inches or the invisible mile.

Say ye four months to harvest,

No ye not that the fields are white already to harvest. That there were cattle on the thousand hills before we saw them. (Might be Psalms 50:10)

These are the invisible inches. Visible around us is the substance. Unless that invisible substance is part of our experience this out here means nothing. Now most of us are living in this out here. We are living in the visible inches. In the visible substances. In tangible things. We are climatizing our life down to these things, these objects, and these situations. And it is without substance. There must be the background, the foundation of the invisible substance in order to bring grace through into expression. And the best place to start is with you. Your being is that invisible substance. But if you are not living in the realization of it, this is the false idea, which makes us appear separate apart from the substance.

Once you touch the substance you are in wholeness. The infinite flow. When you do not touch the substance, you are in an apparent separation. And there is no place for the substance to flow because the only way it can flow into your experience is through your consciousness. So you are stuck with matter. Good matter or bad matter. You are stuck with wealth or poverty. But, it is disconnected from the vine and so ultimately it atrophies. It is a branch cut off. Unless you are in you are in the substance you are in death. Unless you are in substance you are not in life. And to transform your world to the kingdom of God substance must flow in your consciousness.

Now that substance, that spirit, that life is the grace of God which in the midst of your being at all times. And from my own individual experience I have discovered that every time I can just drop all things around me even for a moment and rest in the knowledge that this invisible substance can never leave me nor forsake me. And is the infinity of God in that moment I am knowing him aright. And I find that the substance flows into visible tangible expression as the added things.

Now I do not have to tell that substance what active things I need. For it alone know what I need. And it alone can provide what I truly need, not what I think I need. And this is the truth which any of us can follow simply by the practice of the invisible inch which is always there even when the ruler isn’t. You can write down the number of one and then number of one and add it up and say two. Tear up the paper and throw it away. But that does not change the invisible one and one, they are still one and one which makes two. The law is always there. We are living in the symbol. And you cannot live in symbols. Living in symbols is not life it is imitation of life.

Now instead of one and one are two on paper, tear it up and get to the principle which is ever present, the inches, the number, the words are symbols. The activities of our bodies are symbols. They meaningless symbols unless they are connected to the reality of the substance. Now take that substance into your consciousness and realize that is the substance of God. And that is the substance of life. And that is the substance that is your name. And that is the secret of everything that has been handed down through the ages in all the great spiritual literature of the world. The substance of God is the name of your very being. And as long as you are not aware of it there is the second you. And that second you is the one two many. That second you is doomed to living in a world of opposites without substance, without grace in the law of matter, in the law of opposites.

That second you is not valid. That second you comes and goes. That second you is transient. But the you that is the only you, the eternal you, is the substance of God. And unless that is your constant consciousness, you find that the branches of your life do not bear fruit. Now the miracle of God in consciousness is that it makes you one with the infinite. All that the infinite contains flows into expression for you. Whether it is health or funds or food. And this continues unto everlasting.

Now is not really very difficult, the difficult work has been done. It took Joel Goldsmith and those of that caliber to tell us these things. We are merely following in their footsteps. They have done the work. Our job is to do the discipline. Now I give you this phrase then. I and the infinite grace of God are one. And I assure you that this phrase in itself means as much as you are willing to let it mean. The more you dwell upon it, the more it will yield to you the truth within itself. And the more you depend upon it the more it will yield to you. Until finally you will depend upon nothing but this truth. And then when you have taken all ties away and are willing to live in that complete trust that the substance of your being is the infinite grace of God, you will discover the truth of it in all things.

You will not have to wake up from the morning wondering if this is going to be a good or a bad day. Or if you can get through it or how you are going to defend yourself against the pressures around you, I and the infinite grace of God and nothing can change it. And there you rest.

Paul knew that you couldn’t just do this by living in quotations. He knew that your way of redeeming the world so that within yourself, there was the activity of the Christ that was going to get for you a new soul body. A new soul body that could walk in this world but not of it. Now that soul body, that Christ body, that body of spirit is not really something that you build. You start out with that understanding perhaps. No, no it is something you realize you already had and have now and then the way to really build it as we say and you can put that word build in quotes. The way to build it is simply to live in it. Aware that you have it. Aware that there is a soul body. And as you live in it consciously depending on it, why it begins to respond to your awareness. It has been there all the time.

Now if the physical form is aching why not become conscious of the soul form. And see what happens. See how it is just dwelling in the awareness of your soul body, its perfection, its self enforcing grace and resting in this awareness; see how it releases the aches and the pains of this physical body which is your mentality externalized. See if you do not become aware that other people too are not what they seem to be. See if you do not become aware that the person in front of you appearing a mortal form is really a mortal mind. A mortal mind masquerading as a mortal form.

You do not have to deal with all of that. There is just a mortal mind there. You do not have to deal with that two hundred pounder in front of you. That is just a mortal mind. You do not have to deal with that snake. You do not have to deal with that lion. You do not have to deal with the physical because the physical is mortal mind wearing a mask.

You begin to learn this and then you learn that mortal mind which is just standing there in a physical form is no threat to you. It is trying to be. Well, what power has it? When the power is not in mortal mind at all. And then finally comes to you the realization not only is this not mortal form it isn’t even mortal mind. Mortal mind is the disguise of nothingness. And finally you see the Christ of you which is too pure to be hold mortal form or mortal mind is lifting you into the realization that out here in your world you have been peopling your world with non-reality. You have been putting into your world mortal forms. Because you did not know how they got there. You did not know that your mind had been invaded. And these mortal forms invading your mind are not out there at all.

If you had lived inside of a television set you would have know this. You would have looked out from behind the screen of the television set and that screen being in front of you, you would have seen a picture. It would have seemed to be outside of you because you were inside the set. And that is how it is when you look out with this mind. The picture is just that film over the mind. You are looking out thinking oh, all of that out there. You are looking at visible inches and miles. But you are not seeing the invisible inches and the invisible miles. Because you are inside the television set. And the only thing you are seeing out there is what great big transmitter is sending down to you, all of its pictures to externalize as your world. And that is the only world you have.

Now do you think everyone is sharing that world? They are not. There is no one in that world whatsoever it is all your own. The next fellow has his own world. He is looking out through his pictures. And you think that he is looking at the same ones you are but he is not. He is simply tuned in to the same program. He has his own TV set. He has an image on his TV set, you have an image on your TV set and the fifty people around you each of their images.

And all of them thing that they are all looking at the same thing and they are not. Nobody is looking at the same thing you are looking at. Nobody in this whole world is looking at the same thing you are looking at. You may both be looking at the same sun and thinking that you are looking at one sun and you are not. You are looking at your image in your mind of that sun. Your partner is looking at his image in mind of that sun and even the sun is looking at the image in the mind of the sun. And all think they are looking at the one and the same. They are not. Three images each one has a complete world of his own, and if you have seven billion people you have seven billion mental images. Each one has his own mental image. Each one is playing the lie of this world in their own mind. And the only place you can overcome this world is right there. In your own mind you overcome your mind and that overcomes this world and the redeemer within you will show you how.

Now it is very difficult to live with the idea that nothing is out there except your mind externalized. But once you know it and work with a while, although at first it is exceedingly cumbersome, there is a clarification that begins to come in and you realize the meaning of, ii have dominion over land, sea and air. Out there this is land, sea and air but it isn’t out there. It is in my mind. My mind manufactures land, sea and air. And everything in it. And yet my mind doesn’t manufacture it, except out of that which comes from a world mind forcing itself, invading my mind forcing me to accept what I do not even know I am accepting. So I accept the lie. And then I externalize it as my world.

But along comes the Father within, redeeming my mind. Slowly building the finite awareness. Which can receive of the Father instead of the mortal mind. And as this finer me emerges in mind this world out here is slowly redeemed, ultimately into the kingdom of God on earth. And who knows it but yourself? You are still in the world; you are walking in the world. The world sees you but your world is not this world. You are in it but not of it.

Your world does not have a withered arm and crippled and lack and limitations. Your world has been redeemed. Redeemed into that which it ever was. The omnipresence of God. Now in this the Soul body is going to play an important role and so we have Paul, a little more carefully, to suggest what he has to say in Corinthians. Now Paul establishes something.

For I verily as absent in the body but present in spirit have judged already as though I were present concerning him that hath so done this deed.

He is reprimanding the Corinthians finally.

And in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ when ye are gathered to together in my spirit with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Now absent in the body he is referring to a level of consciousness now which was unknown to those men and a level in which he was going to bring them. The third initiation. The third step, the awareness of the invisible self.

Now he keeps mounting with this idea pointing out that until a man is living in the awareness of his invisible self. The outer form is always at the mercy of the world. Now he is building up to a place, which he calls the rock of Christ? The rock of Christ. And if you remember when Peter recognized the Christ of Jesus, his name was then Simon and he recognized the Christ of Jesus and this is the rock of Christ, which Paul is going to speak about. And as soon as Simon recognized the rock of Christ, the invisible self of all men, Jesus Said now therefore thou art Peter. (Peter meaning the rock, the stone). And he meant then at that point that Peter would name be his name, he would be a stone in the invisible temple made without hands. The invisible temple called the Christ.

Now this rock of Christ is the theme of the work done on the inner level by Paul. That unless a man is ground in the rock of Christ he does not know his invisible self, he is not one with his source. And not being one with his source, the source cannot function through him. The branch is cut off from the sap of the tree because it is cut off from the branch.

Now you would think with Paul being the founder of the churches, that the rock of Christ within would be part of every body consciousness today? But it is as if Paul never lived. Who do we know who is founded in the rock of Christ? We ourselves with all our studies have just a measure, the mildest measure. But here it is Paul reprimanding the Corinthians. You know that city was sort of like the Barbary Coast or Broadway here today. It was a city of great revelry. And yet Paul stayed there a year and a half. And while in that city he was building the consciousness of the city. Not just as his esoteric group, but the consciousness of the entire city. That is why he remained there that long. His work was all done within to remove to what degree it was possible at that time, the effects of the mortal mentality that was functioning in the name of Corinth, the city of the Corinthians.

Now all of Paul’s work has been interrupted mostly by the world on the surface of a little man who vehemently and somewhat tyrantically moved all around Greece, exhorting people to follow Jesus. But he was busy building the invisible Christ body in mankind. Revealing it to those ready to receive it. And he identified himself as the master builder so that those who were ready to receive that inner initiation could come to him.

And now he again says

I was absent from the body, present with the Lord.

Now absent from the body then is a phase of consciousness that we are expected to come to. And that absence is really the presence of the Christ self, the Christ body. The Christ mind. And when you are present in the Christ mind you are absent from the body. You do not have to take off and fly around invisibly through space, you have to simply be aware of the Christ self of your being. And the Christ self will do the rest. Then you are absent from the body. And then that body you are absent from is still right where you are, but now the Christ grace, because the mind is absent from the body, the Christ grace is functioning in the Christ body. And the body that walks on the earth is the same body you are wearing now but it is the invisible Christ body doing the work.

Now this is what Paul is trying to teach his disciples in Corinth and later in the other cities. But you will find as you go through Paul’s excursion, that there are various levels of disciples even for Paul. Some have to be prepared. Some have to be purified. Some are prepared and purified and are ready to walk into the realization of this Christ body. And now in I Corinthians, 10:16 he tells us a little more of that body of Christ.

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? (I Cor 10:16).

And so you are seeing the Last Supper redefined. We are talking now about the spiritual bread. Not the bread we eat through the mouth. We are talking about this spiritual bread, this body of Christ bread. And he is telling them that you cannot walk through this city of Corinth as a man, living on bread alone, but you are here to be a place, a light, where the omnipresence expresses in your body of Christ.

Now this, of course, you know is the foundation of what is suppose to be Christianity. This he is teaching them. He is teaching them what Christianity today boast of as Paul’s churches. But he is not teaching them the same Christianity you have looked out to find. He is teaching them the body of Christ within themselves. Within yourself. For you might just as well be in Corinth right now as this was what he was saying. I am teaching you about your body of Christ. I am teaching you Christianity, says Paul the way Christianity has to be. That each to be a member of that church must be the realized Christ, that is a Christian.

And Paul is dwelling deeply on this third level of his work, for this is going to be the power that ultimately makes Christianity a wide spread religion even though the fullness of it has not yet come through into its own self-realization. The power of the Christ realized within the church is what makes the church. And now Paul is with us. First in one city and then in other city. For all of the cities are the human mind. Each city is another facet of the human mind. Whether it is Ephesus, Caesarea, Antioch, or Corinth, and you find all of these phases right in you.

Corinth, the city of revelry. Well, that is talking directly to us. No, no, this mind that wants to run out there and have its liberties in the flesh. This mind must learn about sewing to the spirit. This mind must learn that there is an invisible kingdom of God. And that only this Christ mind taking us into this invisible kingdom of God, will reveal that which is on earth now without the problems that Christians can experience only because they haven’t found the land of Christ.

Now the land of Christ is not the land of mortal man. And the terminology’s we use to define a religion our mere masks, which cover the fact that in some day, each man on earth will be the living Christ realized. And it will not come under the name Christianity alone. Every religion on the face of the earth must come to the realization that the invisible Christ is the one invisible substance of every form on earth.

Each religion ultimately will surrender its hacksaw and its hammer. And they may not use the word Christ, because that is but a symbol of the substance. And the substance is the substance of God. Whether you call it Buddha or Mohammed or Krishna or Allah. That is not important. We are not dealing with the rulers, with inches on the rulers. We are dealing with the real inch itself. We are not dealing with number written on a piece of paper. We are dealing with the number themselves. The invisible numbers that never leave.

We are not dealing with the words or the hatreds or the ideas or the belief. We are dealing with the invisible reality. And these invisible realities must be where our consciousness dwells and then that Christ within you identifies itself. You are knowing me aright and because you know me aright, can come through and respond to you.

Now when you stop and realize that your world, your individual world redeemed is the kingdom of God. When you realize that you see the great opportunity that has been given to everyone of us. My world redeemed is the kingdom of God. And the power of redemption is in the Christ of my being. And to know this Christ aright, which redeems my world slowly moves me out into reality. Into truth and to know this Christ within aright is the slow reconciliation to the Father, which brings that which I am into play, and there is my life eternal. An infinite progression from this world to the kingdom. And all of this is within my power when I realize that the power alone of the spirit within is the transforming agent.

I really have no excuse if I fail; it is because I have depended on myself. If I succeed it will be because I have learned that there is no personal self to depend upon. Why is Paul revealing this soul body? This soul mind. Because it alone can transform our world.

Now look out around you. Look into your own life. Examine yourself at this very moment. The conditions of your life. Your attitudes. Your experiences. The things you feel you are missing.

You know it is like a person living in a little house next to Niagara Falls and saying I have no electric lights. We are standing in the midst of infinity. There is not a thing you can say you don’t have that isn’t right where you are saying it isn’t. Not one thing. That is why you come to this redemption of your world. You look at the world but you are pronouncing in some way inadequate for your needs. And you do not redeem that world. You redeem your beliefs.

Don’t you see that world out there that says you don’t have this and you don’t have that? That is your own human mind saying you don’t have, you don’t have. That is your sense perception saying it is not there. Now what is the difference what your human mind says or what the picture shows its spiritual perception tells you, that the way to bring the fullness of God into expression is to die to this mind. To die to this world. If a man loves this world he is not of the Father. John made that clear.

Do you see how all activity that we seek is available in the kingdom of God within? Now watch what happens as your mind slowly receives the impulse of spirit. The rainbow, the covenant begins to function. Out there was the storm, but here is the rainbow coming. The mind begins to out-picture something else. That which out there was your physical problem, financial problem is changing before your very eyes and you of your own self are not doing it. The mind being refined by the spirit within is slowly being a sap coming up through the tree of life, coming out through the branches and then dropping a pear, a plumb and a peach right where there was barrenness.

You have done nothing about it. The invisible spirit manifest itself as the world made flesh. Do you see why there was a poor on earth because the message of Jesus had to be interrupted by someone who understood it. Yes, there was a John and there was a Peter. But Paul’s contribution is boundless. Who else could say, I die daily? Who else had said, Christ liveth my life. Who else had the vision and the determination to spend his life just teaching there is a Christ within you? Who after Jesus did that? In the way that it has come to us.

We have letter after letter after letter and all from a man who was completely selfless. And these letters are all address to you and to me. Forget Ephesus, Caesarea, and Antioch. They are addressed to Tom Jones and Mary Smith right now. They are saying to each of us know ye not that your body is the temple of the living God. And that there is a temple not made with hands. Know ye not that man of the flesh can never walk in heaven on earth.

Behind these words towers a figure of a man. A man who told us and made it a point to tell us that Jesus was born of a human mother. He made it a point to tell us that. For us to see that Adam the first so-called man is what is called generation. And that Jesus through the Christ, Jesus was Adam, but through the Christ his regeneration. And each man is both Adam or Jesus, the man of the flesh. And there had to be a Jesus born of the flesh for that reason. Not immaculately conceived in the sense that religion would have us believe. Because there must be a man born of the flesh. Generated in order to teach us that man of the flesh must be regenerated born of the spirit. And that was the function of the man Jesus and it was Paul’s function to make that clear. The Father of Christianity made that clear. There is a place here for it if we want to find it. It is very important because it completely nullifies the teachings that have no reality. I have a note on it.

But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth his son made of a woman. Made under the law.

Made under the law brought into being just like everyone else. And the purpose of that he is pointing out is that unless there were one who being born as ourselves, had overcome the limitation of the human form. We would never know that it is possible and this one having been born as we did overcome and did teach that it is possible and did show that there is no finite end to life. Now this then was Paul’s contribution. Paul the founder of the Christian church says that there was no virgin birth. And Paul the founder of the Christian church tells us that we are to be Christed. Having been born of women as Jesus we are to be Christed.

What else was he spending his time doing but teaching just that? And that until we are willing to be Christed, we are not walking in the life that is life, we are not alive we are but of the flesh which is transient. But can be transmuted.

Now when I was a child he said, I played with the things of a child, I did the things of a child.

When I was a child meaning, when I was a spiritual child. When I was spiritually immature. But when I became a man I took up the things of a man. When I became spiritually mature, I learned to live as the Christ. Now very significantly that passage is in his great poem about love.

If I speak not with love.

That is where he brings this information when I was a child, now that I am a man. And the implication, of course, that it is love that makes one, who is spiritually immature, mature. From the childlike self to which we are now. This man of earth was a child he referred to. Through the transmuting power of love divine. This childlike, this spiritual immature man is transformed through divine love into the man of the Father. And as a child in that sense no more.

Now we have the phrase then, that the grace of God is the transforming agent. The grace of God doeth the work. The grace of man flowing through the spiritually immature child awakens that child to the presence of the Father. And that child walks forth as the Christ.

Now we have had the milk and we have both the meat as well. We have had the letter and we have had the spirit. We have had the metaphysical and we have had the mystical. But it is the combination of the letter and the spirit. Of the mystical and the metaphysical. One without the other is like a suit without pants. You need them both together they are truth in consciousness activated becoming form.

Now you may have the metaphysics, the letter and know it well and still find that you cannot awaken the Christ of your being. Or, conversely you may find you are a highly mystical creature and in spite of it, you could not heal a wart on the back of your hand. And that may be because you not got the foundation of the metaphysics, the letter. And so it is always important to know that one without the other is not enough.

I know people who are highly metaphysically evolved, they know the word or the Bible backwards and foreword and they could fool you into thinking they were highly evolved mystical creatures. Because the words are all there. But they will be denying the Christ of their being at every breath they take. And there are others who maybe never read this Bible. Never. Who have the feeling, the spirit and yet, to them in spite of it their life is a parade of confusion.

Now unless you are living with this Bible, you are making a mistake. And don’t think that you have to take it, all of it and understand every word. If you would just take one page a day, even less. Sort of 10 or 15 minute interval. Some time during the day and just expose your self to it. You will find that later in the day something out of that will be like a little snowflake. A little snowflake will fall and another one. And yet all those snowflakes put together they can barricade a whole city with a blizzard. All those snowflakes can be a impassible to all the traffic in the world and they have to close up a city. These little snowflakes add up. They are not as insignificant as you may think. One little snowflake in your consciousness is a great leavening agent. A little leaven will leaven the whole lump.

Now once you have caught this habit, not of just reading it and putting it aside and say, I have done my work. That is just your beginning. You have read the page fine. Now take that little snowflake and let it be in your consciousness all day. Watch how it multiplies itself. Before the day is over you have got a snowman. These little phrases in consciousness are like the screens you put up when you want to keep mosquitoes out. These little snowflakes keep out this world. They are active, they are radiant energy. They work silently within you.

And the person who is not living with a Bible is not going to find the Christ of their being. I do not believe that you are going to find any exceptions. You have to live with your Bible. Now if you happen to be interested in another type of scripture that is fine to. Of course, you will have to read in a tongue you are not familiar with. But if you want to read in English a Bible and you settle for the Christian Bible, The New Testament or the Old Testament or both and you take a phrase a day within its own context so you know what was meant all around it and then you turn that phrase over within your mind every day. It is like putting pennies in a piggy bank all of a sudden you have got three dollars and sixty-five cents. And then there was a time and you threw in quarters and half-dollars instead pennies and now you have eight dollars and sixteen cents. And lo and behold here is the phone bill, a little higher this month than before. But you have the money for it. Here is an evil a little more strenuous to overcome then the one before and you have the snowflakes to meet it.

Now these truth you are putting in your consciousness what are they? Where did they come from? Someone wrote them down but he was just a Scribe. He wrote it for someone else who was living by revelation. Receiving the meat. The meat that you should be receiving. And that meat this Scribe inscribed in a book. And that meat was the word of God through a prophet. Through one who lived in a Christ body. And that man comes to you and says here the word of God I give you.

The pearl of great price.

And you take that word, which came from God through him and you, can look at it and you can now digest it. You can make it yours. And that word within you is the word that will be made flesh. And as it is made flesh, you will find your world changing. Your world is changing because you have the leaven.

Now as we adjust to this world, we are going to find suddenly that a great door opens. Some people call it a white light. Some people call it illumination. Other call it a forth-dimensional consciousness. Whatever you want to call it that is fine but what it will be is the sudden oneness that exist between you and a transcendental consciousness. A transcendental consciousness which is the full total living kingdom of God. And at that moment when this happens to you all of the little snowflakes that you have been taking in one by one by one are now gathered to gather into a great white light and that white light is the vision of the Christ looking out and now there is my Father’s kingdom.

There is no hate in it. There is no sickness in it. There is no death in it. There is no end in it. And this is the kingdom that Jesus brought us that Paul discovered was true. That every letter he wrote was geared to unveil to us. Now why should we settle for less? And how can we.

Now that is the importance of your Bible. It begins as a snowflake, but it ends as a white light. And as you reach the words and say well I have just don’t understand them. Well still you pick up a telephone, but you don’t understand the principles that are involved but you pick it up and you use it. It seems to do the work all right. Why don’t you give it a try? Don’t let a day go by, not one, that you don’t get one snowflake. Even if you don’t understand it. It will dissolve itself within you. It will teach you.

Now once you have got that habit, you have done something more than you realize. While you were working with it, even though you did not understand it, you were not out here in this mortal mind. You see that. You are not in the mortal mind you were working with the truth even if you couldn’t understand it. And between the two, you have not only shut off the one but you have opened the other and you have commenced even though you think you know this Bible from cover to cover. You have now got to let it dissolve in you consciousness. So that these phrases are working, living, not up here in your mind that you can pull them out of a hat but that they are your living consciousness.

Flesh and blood will never enter the kingdom of God. The human mind will never enter the kingdom of God. All of the rehearsed quotations in the Bible will never enter the kingdom of God. But, I in the midst of thee. When you receive my word, the living word, you are in the kingdom of God. And my word is power. And if you want my word within you, add up these snowflakes and watch how they lead you right to me. They open the door.

Now my word in the midst of you is going to take your complete world. All of it. And it is going to just throw a great light over it and pierce the veil. My word in the midst of you will become the flesh of your world. But are you receiving my word, are you preparing yourself. Are you letting the snowflakes mount up? Or are you just memorizing. And then are you letting these words to be your life, your guide, your way of life. You can’t walk by a single one of them.

Now every time we take a biblical quotation and then do what it says, that is another veil removed which enables the inner word to come through me. The word faith has been overlooked. When you on faith obey a scriptural injunction, you release a great force. The faith that you accept to walk on the water of these injunctions and to do them. This is your faith in action. But every time you do that, you find another door is opening in you. Your faith in obedience is bread cast on the waters that opens a door within you and these invisible doors open to the word.

Now if the word within you at this moment is alive, flowing through you. If you are conscious of it, don’t you see that you have the teaching of the Christ? You have the teaching of Paul. You have all of scripture functioning as a living you. Oh, you may have it this minute and the next as you hold it the continuity of it is the kingdom of God on earth. The continuity of that word flowing through you is the kingdom of God on earth in all it manifestation.

This is the full realization then of a soul body which can do anything which your physical body can a billion times better and a billion times quicker. And that is your preparation for transition.

Now Paul said he could go in and out of doors just as Jesus did. By that he meant that even though he was apparently in tight spots here and there, things would suddenly open up for him. But you see he was revealing the power of the spiritual body.

Now where is your spiritual body this moment? Where is it? In time your answer will be why I have no other. That is all I have. That is what I am. That spiritual body is the infinite Christ. And that is what Paul meant when he said, we are all members of the Christ. Joint-heirs in Christ. And the purpose of the word joint was to establish that none of us has more than the other.
