War Agaist China?

Not to mention India is screwed.

Everyone in the West, Japan, South Korea, and India thinks that attacking China will be like attacking Iraq or Afghanistan.

No consequences. If they fail, they will just go home. No problem.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

If they attack China, China will mobilized its current military and strike back at those nations.

They will look like Ukraine. So they have to decide whether turning themselves into Ukraine is a good idea.

Their people have to make that decision. Because not making one and not protesting your government’s involvement means that you agree to it.

And are willing to suffer the consequences of your actions.

USA would be happy if India, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan or even Australia are willing to be her war proxies against China.

If you look at what is happening in the Ukraine x Russia war, USA /NATO suffered no physical destruction and human sufferings. What they have “lost” are outdated weapons send to Ukraine to fight to the last Ukranians. Russians are also dying and has to waste valuable resources to fight the war.

What the USA desire is for others to kill and destroy each other in wars on their behalf. That way USA reaps most benefits from such wars and emerges unscathed and stronger than ever. Same thing happened in WW2. They were the “johnny come lately” and entered the war only after Japan bombed Pearl Harbour on Dec 07 1941 more than 2 years after WW2 started on Sept 01 1939 when Germany invaded Poland.

Probably they are also employing the same strategy in UkrainexRussia war. Get Russia exhausted and weakened, then enter the war directly.

Everyone can also see that USA is also trying her best to weaken China. If she thinks China is weakened enough USA and her allies would cook up an excuse to start a war with China. MAD be damned!

Yes, 100% correct. The USA needs perpetual wars somewhere in the world in order to keep its dollar strong and print endless fiat money. The military industrial complex gets rich on the back of the death and destruction of peoples on other continents. And the Washington political elite and their puppet governments in Europe and Japan/S.Korea/Australia stay in power as a consequence.

The attempts of BRICS* to create an alternative to the dollar are important. But it won’t be easy and the USA will remain a belligerent negative influence on the world for many years unless it’s own people sort this out in the USA. *BRICS is a grouping of the world economies of Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa formed by the 2010 addition of South Africa to the predecessor BRIC. The original acronym "BRIC" (or "the BRICs") was coined in 2001 by Goldman Sachs economist Jim O'Neill to describe fast-growing economies that would collectively dominate the global economy by 2050.

India is a very different species.

Having a Third World War is what happens when you attack China, and it is not going to be a stroll in the park. Because after you discover that the sky is dark and grey and there’s no hospital or doctor or nurses available, guns and riots are all out and about, no Internet or news and no food and water, the sense of supremacy you seek doesn’t seem to make sense anymore.

Nobody can predict what will happen in a Pacific war. The only thing that is for sure is that Japan will be flattened. This is what I don't get. The Japanese have got to understand this. So why are they so gung-ho to go to war ?

Evils think differently from humans.

You are assuming we don’t want to finally be able to do blood revenge.

Once they start. We give them blood revenge.

Blood debt must be paid in blood.

Err…no, I'm not making that assumption. In fact, it's totally the opposite. That's why I said that the only thing I'm sure of is that Japan will be destroyed.

Would Those US allies take the risk of turning into Ukraine , just to please the US ?

Is there a sane rational in that? Unless they are corrupted by the US leaders.

I am concerned with the stupidity of the leadership of US allies. They rather destroy their people and country to do America’s bidding.

Not only South Korea and Japan, even the US thinks that war with China, the US will be unscathed. War with China will see major cities in the US destroyed.

They stay dogpiling on us when we actually already won!

Which country is cleaner and tidier, Japan or Singapore?

Why is Canada so poor?

Do many successful Malaysians choose to live in Singapore instead of staying at home?

Why don't Chinese people bow to their elders like Korea and Japan?

Just goes to show that not every celebrity is a self destructive narcissist living way beyond their means (or worse).

Which celebrities are known for living below their means and not bragging about their wealth?

Does Singapore have poor people?

Those who are weak deserve to rot and reek. Those who are strong, none dares to wrong.

Which country is more hostile towards Overseas Chinese? Indonesia or Malaysia?

This is a beautiful gesture! That couple came with intent of blessing someone!

Beijing's warning comes days after NATO issued a communique condemning China. NATO, in the communique, had accused China of pursuing 'coercive policies'.

China has warned the U.S.-led NATO against Military expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. Beijing said any NATO expansion in the Asia-Pacific region will only increase tensions.

NATO Troops Vs Chinese People Liberation Army Battle?

Xi Jinping's Direct Warning To U.S.-Led Bloc

NATO EXPANSION PLANS SPOOK CHINA'S XI JINPING

CHINA'S WARNING TO NATO

"NATO's expansion to the east, to the Asia Pacific region will only increase regional tension, add to the crisis of confidence, spur an arms race, spoil the atmosphere of regional cooperation, provoke confrontation between the camps and even a new cold war."

"Countries are interrelated and integrated into a community of the shared destiny. Openness, inclusiveness and mutually beneficial cooperation are the only right choice. The Cold War mentality and the confrontation between the camps run counter to the calls of today."

ZHANG HANHUI

CHINESE AMBASSADOR TO RUSSIA

I truely supported Xi of China not because I am oversea hua ren (over sea born chinese).

Its due to that my ancestor and chinese china are sick and tired of been suppressed and wars.

What we want is peace and harmony that leads to good life.

When required i shall volunteer as liberation people army in any invasion of china where my roots are from.

Without my roots there will never be me today as hua ren… decendent of dragons.

All countries in the Asia Pacific region(except Japan, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand who are US vassal states) should raise a strong and resolute objection to Nato on their malicious intention to expand into the region. This is an obvious hegemonic and antagonistic approach into the region with an intention to expand their influence and to contain China and Russia. As President Xi said, this will definitely increase the tension and hostility in the region will create an confrontational atmosphere in the peaceful Asia Pacific region.

The only countries that side with China are those bribed military dicktatorshios like Myanmar, failing Russia, and North Korea. Every free, rich, and advanced country is on the side of the winners, the USA and NATO This says it all.

BuĺlShit!

NATO has NO business outside of North Atlantic. Period.

Xi's message is very straight forward. If NATO moves to the Asia Pacific, Europe will have Russia right in front of their doorstep. The issue of Taiwan will also be settled all at once in Ukraine. Russia and China vs NATO.

Eastern Europe will be the battle ground. The EU nation will have to make up their minds. Only Macron knows better.

NATO is getting too big for its britches, spurred on by US control and bias against China. This idiocy will spur on a very tight alliance between Russia, North Korea and China.

The days for Western supremacy are surely numbered.

Some of that $500 million anti China money be cashed. Hope it's not priced like the Pentagon’s toilet cover and cutting into your pay day.

NATO, as its name, has initially been far away out there in the northern corner of the globe. Long time since several decades ago, they didn’t care about Pacific, nor about Indian Ocean, neither about Asia. NATO then come to this theatre since China becomes more aggressive against its neighbours. Xi Jinping, different from Yang Shangkun and Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao, all his predecessors, thinking that China has now powerful enough in “bread”, then it is just okay to extend into “gun”. China then intimidating Japan in Senkaku island, oppressing the Philippines in Iroquois Reef and Sabina Shoal, and ransacking Indonesia's fish from its Natuna sea. Not to mention with Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei in South China Sea. To say in short: it is Mr. Xi that invites NATO coming to this region. And not only NATO, also AUKUS, QUAD and etc…whatever more will be tomorrow.

Peaceful n non military …is the way forward

The Chinese can see that if the technical conditions have not reached the standard when the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is forced to launch, the consequences will be very serious.

With the technology aboard the Type 004 aircraft carrier, has China finally surpassed the US in aircraft carrier technology and strength?

With the technology aboard the Type 004 aircraft carrier, China in fact has finally surpassed the US in aircraft carrier technology and strength. The world class top 2200MPa super steel invented by the Chinese scientists and commercially mass produced in 2017 is used to build the Type 004 aircraft carrier. The world class top 2200MPa super steel of course is much better than those less than 1000MPa steel made by the US and Japan.

A domestically produced aircraft carrier model of Dalian Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. was unveiled, with the hull number 20. Judging from the design of the ship island, the 20 ship has no flue pipe as a typical nuclear power design. That is taken for granted by many people. China already has one conventionally powered electromagnetic catapult aircraft carrier, and the next step is naturally nuclear-powered aircraft carriers. However, from the launch of the Fujian ship to the exposure of the 20 ship model, there is still a 19 ship in the middle as the Type 004 aircraft carrier.

Type 004 is probably an improved version of Type 003. This also means that the Type 004 aircraft carrier, "Ship 19", should still be a conventionally powered aircraft carrier as a sister ship of the Fujian. It is actually very necessary to build another conventionally powered aircraft carrier, which can serve as a bridge between the past and the future. In this way, the fourth aircraft carrier can be obtained at a faster speed in five years or so. For Chinese ships, it can further accumulate experience in aircraft carrier design and construction, lay a solid foundation for the design and construction of nuclear-powered warships, and leave enough time.

The U.S. military had wanted to build an all-nuclear fleet since the 1950s. The aircraft carriers and cruisers in the pictures seemed to be all nuclear-powered. They looked very strong, and the results are all swan songs. In the 1950s, the U.S. Navy wanted to build an all-nuclear fleet and forcibly advanced the USS Enterprise aircraft carrier project before the foundation was laid. As a result, due to insufficient reactor power, the Enterprise had to use 8 reactors. The structure of the aircraft carrier was too complicated, maintenance was inconvenient, and costs and expenses rose rapidly. De Gaulle's K15 reactor took the detour of the Enterprise, resulting in the world's weakest nuclear aircraft carrier.

From this, the Chinese can see that if the technical conditions have not reached the standard when the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier is forced to launch, the consequences will be very serious in the face of this kind of naval strategic equipment that needs to be used for 50 years. From a prudent point of view, the Chinese are first to build floating nuclear reactors at sea, nuclear icebreakers and the other surface nuclear powered ships, and accumulate experience in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of high-power naval reactors. After these problems are all resolved, the launch of the domestic nuclear-powered aircraft carrier will be a matter of course. Therefore, it may be safer for China to start construction of the nuclear-powered aircraft carriers around 2030, and to form combat capabilities before 2040.

In 2021, China has successfully developed a nuclear reactor named "Linglong No. 1" (ACP100). Its size is 14 meters high, its length and width are no more than 10 meters, and its power output is 310MW. Its safety is very high, reaching the standard of military nuclear reactors. Its appearance makes many people in China feel that China's nuclear-powered aircraft carrier has hope. In 2017, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation had already demonstrated a nuclear power comprehensive support ship to the outside world. In terms of displacement, this large ship is actually very close to a nuclear-powered aircraft carrier.

China has always been relatively restrained when it comes to external technology demonstrations. Now that the research results of reactor technology is shown openly, China is already well prepared in terms of technology. Announced to the world from the side that China is fully capable of building nuclear-powered aircraft carriers.

China is building world's first commercial land-based SMR.

China is building the "Linglong-1," a small modular reactor (SMR) in the country's southern island province of Hainan. It's the world's first of this type of reactor to be approved by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), and it intends to serve the region's diverse power needs.

Is the current state of the US similar to that of the Qing dynasty during the 19th century?

In terms of drug abuse, yes.

We all know that there were opium dens during the late Qing Dynasty. In the modern United States, there are also “safe injection sites” with specialized staff to guide the drug users.

Does Japan fear the rise of China?

If Germany denied Holocaust, denied Auschwitz, changed their history textbook accordingly, refuse to apologize to Jewish people, put Hitler into shrine and pray for his soul in heaven, and told its people that Jewish hates them for no reason, will Germany fear the rise of Israel?

The Japanese right wing certainly do, and they are trying everything to prevent that from happening no matter how rightful this rise is as the people in China worked hard for generations to have this.

What is it like to be Chinese in Japan?

Notification: This answer is all about my personal feelings, please don’t generalize it. 100 Chinese could have more than 100 different experience and feelings while living in Japan.

As a Chinese living in Tokyo. Here is what I feel.

Being generalized, when you speak in English, most Japanese would tell how good your English is. They may ask you “are all Chinese good at English?”. I'm always pushed to represent the whole Chinese nation, which has 1.3 billion people. That is quite a pressure. (My English is not that good, even if it is good, it has nothing to do with my Chinese identity.)

Half in the “circle”, 一半在“圈”里 Yībàn zài “quān” lǐ as mentioned in other answers as well. As a Chinese who has similar appearance with Japanese, and speaks Japanese, you would be required to behave like a Japanese. You would get benefit from being treated like a Japanese. While, unpleasant situations would occur as well. Some (1 in 100) Japanese would release the idea “they are more superior than Chinese and other asians” to me slightly, which annoys me. (I am sensitive about this, I will be annoyed if a Chinese told he/she is holding a similar idea. Being confident that we are not superior, we are just equal.)

Japanese nationalism and Patriotism . You'd better not complain any thing about your life in front of a Japanese, it is quite easy to be thought as critics about Japan ,which is not acceptable by most Japanese. (Btw some Chinese also do this in China towards foreigners)

Convenient public Transportation. The transportation in Japan is very efficient and convenient. You might have read the report that Shanghai has the longest subway among all cities in the world. But transport in Tokyo is much better than that in Shanghai. There are not only subways in Tokyo, but also railways inside the city, which do a important as a commuting method. The bus in Tokyo is “on time”. There is a time table telling when will the bus come at each bus stop. And the bus really come as the timetable says.

Polite Japanese. Japanese people are very polite. They value the politeness very much. Politeness also means distance, they are polite, but not very approachable. You could talk to a random person who sit next to you in a bus in China, but it is not the case in Japan. 'Don’t disturb others' is important here. Let me help you guys, if I could, and please help me when I'm in trouble.

Japanese friends. It will take a longer time for a Chinese to make friends with Japanese people because of the language and culture barrier. Most Japanese are little shy. They have been educated to not disturb others, which means you won’t get a lot of chance to help or talk to them. They also educated to adjust to the environment by hiding their personal feelings, which means they barely show their personal feelings. Those are two blocks for the friendship you would like to build between you and Japanese people, if your definition about friendship is the two individuals share ideas, feelings and experience to each other, and help each other. Most of my Japanese friends are colleagues and former colleagues.

Nobody is perfect. Besides the negetive points, Japan is a great country to stay and live, good enough for me to ignore all the negatives I mentioned above.

Chinese man, former PLA, as hero on Western social media? Wow, this is the first for me. Details click here.

What did someone do that made you think "at least he tried"?

America invests 3 times more in military development than China but America has 4 times less population than China, could America easily beat China?

Let’s take a look at the USA’s performance in its most recent war - Afghanistan.

The US took 20 years, 4 presidents and 2 trillion dollars … to replace the Taliban with the Taliban.

Do I need to say more?

First, the US MIC (the expression military-industrial complex ( MIC) describes the relationship between a country's military and the defense industry that supplies it, seen together as a vested interest which influences public policy) is the one milking the tax dollars of Americans. Everything is overpriced and the final price exceeded many folds of the original agreed price. So the US may have spent more than China, but it does not mean they will get more. Also, a portion of the budget is for maintenance which the US has lots of old military hardware.

Lastly, the US is aimed to dominate the world, while China only concern in protecting its land. Today's China is no longer the Old poor China back in 1900s, she has deadly missiles and nuclear warheads. This is why the US must stop China’s rise.

Why is China getting more and more isolated? Why are most countries keeping China at a distance? Why is China being treated as a rogue and rowdy nation?

Are you serious by asking this question?

If you just want to draw attention by releasing such foolish content, it's ok.

However, if you are serious, then you are totally wrong.

Do you know that China has diplomatic relations with more than 180 countries and is a partner for over 110 international organizations?

Do you know that over six thousand student athletes from 113 countries and regions take part in the World University Games in Chengdu. If you check, there may be some athletes from where you come from.

Do you know that numerous trade fairs, exhibitions, international meetings and seminars are held in China every year?

You won't ask this question if you know that many countries are applying to be a member of the BRICS organization, which has become more and more attractive in recent years.

You are also not aware of the fact that countries from various continents are cooperating with China through the Belt and Road program.

Once again many people, globally, completely missed the point :

Ukraine Peace Plan Talks End in Saudi With Few Concrete Steps

The purpose of these Saudi-hosted talks is not to achieve peace in Ukraine. No one old enough to simp for E-thots thinks that peace is possible at this stage when both sides still have military reserves to burn.

The purpose of these talks was to diplomatically isolate the Americans. And to do that, excluding the Russians while including the Ukrainians was the correct move.

With the exception of the Americans and some (not all) her European client states, everyone else in the world is calling for a negotiated end to the war. Only the Americans continue to insist that there can be no peace without a total Ukrainian victory on the battlefield. By putting Jake Sullivan in a room with dozens of other national representatives, the obstinacy of the American position becomes clear to all, and that’s the whole point. The world can see with their own eyes that the Americans truly are a force for war and instability.

Including Russia would have been a distraction because then the attendees would feel compelled to support or denounce Russia’s position. Removing Russia from the picture eliminates that need, and refocuses international ire on the US.

Including Ukraine allows the Ukrainian delegates to see how diplomatically isolated they would be without the Americans. The Ukrainians are no dummies. They know that the track record of regimes propped up by American money and weapons is not great (see: Iraq, Afghanistan, South Vietnam, Iran etc.). The US is not a reliable patron in the long-term, and it is a matter of time before Ukraine joins the list of abandoned US puppet regimes.

The most important thing to understand at this juncture is that there is only one beneficiary of this war: the US; everyone else is a victim.

●The Europeans suffer inflation and deindustrialization from losing their source of cheap energy.

●The Global South suffer severe food shortages from the loss of Ukrainian wheat exports.

●China suffers from weak global demand for China’s exports and rising interest rates.

The Americans do suffer some inflation pressures, but not nearly at the same level as the Europeans and the Global South. The US is an energy and food exporter, so what they lose on inflation, they gain back in rising commodity prices.

Geopolitically, this humiliation of Russia’s military capabilities (mainly thanks to the mainstream Western media framing) eliminates Russia as a serious competitor in Europe.

And most importantly, the people who dictate American foreign policy, the Military Industrial Complex, win big with hundreds of billions in new military spending around the world. So long as these men printing billions in sales, and there are more Ukrainians to throw into the meatgrinder, the war will not end.

But until economy in the west stabilized, the war will not end or the people will start looking at them to blamed too :D

I personally think it was a play to see who is who and what side is on before BRICS.

For example, Nigeria is pro-west I think they should be denied entry and India is acting very suspicious as of late.

As for the Global South I think depends on the area, because as Latin America, we are seldom affected by the Ukranian war.
