Log In Process

1. Head to https://www.ns.mha.gov.sg

2. Click on Singpass at the top right of the screen to log into your account.

3. You will be redirected to the Singpass log-in page. 


You may choose to log in by scanning the QR code, or entering your NRIC and password via the password log-in.

Main Dashboard

Navigating the main dashboard

1. Upcoming Call Up Acknowledgement Pop-up

a. Overview of all your upcoming call-ups. 

   [ Acknowledge ]   

b. You will have to acknowledge your upcoming call-ups to close the pop-up and view your main dashboard page.

c. You will also receive SMS and email notifications when there is a new recall. When you amend your recall, you will receive an SMS notification.

2. Main Dashboard

a. Notification: Any important message from MHA will be broadcasted in this blue banner.

b. Upcoming Activities: Timeline overview of your upcoming call-ups and IPPT/NS FIT sessions.

c. Pending Actions: Tasks requiring your action.

d. IPPT: Overview of your IPPT obligation(s) and status.

e. ORNS Status: Number of High Key ICT completed.

f. Proficiency: Latest proficiency attained during ORNS.

g. Awards: Latest award attained during ORNS.


Apply/Manage Exit Permit

Accessing ‘Apply/Manage Exit Permit’ eService

1. Click on ‘Apply/Manage Exit Permit’ in the navigation pane to access the eService.

View Current and Previous Exit Permit Applications

1. Upcoming/Ongoing, Past and Cancelled/Rejected Exit Permit applications

     a. The ‘Upcoming/Ongoing’ tab is selected by default. You may view any active Exit Permit and its corresponding status.

You may click ‘Cancel’ to cancel the Exit Permit or ‘Manage’ to make amendments to the Exit Permit.

6b. Select the ‘Past’ tab to view your previous Exit Permit(s). You may click on the hyperlink within the Trip Period to view the Exit Permit details.

c. Select the ‘Cancelled/Rejected’ tab to view any Exit Permit applications that have been cancelled by you or rejected by MHA.

Apply for Exit Permit

1. Click ‘Apply’ in the ‘New Trips’ section of the ‘Apply/Manage Exit Permit’ landing page to begin applying for an Exit Permit.

2. Review the Regulatory Notes and select ‘I Agree’ at the bottom of the pop-up.
