EFT Training Courses in London
The Energy Therapy Centre offers some of the best training courses of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) available in London, with all courses fully accredited by AAMET International, the largest worldwide supervisory body for EFT. Attending one of our courses will ensure that you are trained to the latest standards by EFT Master and Master Trainer, Ashley Meyer and that you leave having had a profound experience personally and/ or professionally. We also offer supervision for on-going support of practitioners and students.
There are 3 levels of EFT training, starting with Level 1 the introductory level, then level 2 the practitioner training, followed by level 3 for practitioners who wish to advance their clinical work. Many people choose to do level 1 and 2 over the same weekend and then if wanted, they can move on to completion of post-course work in order to qualify as an EFT practitioner and then decide whether they also want to become a member of AAMET.
Ashley Meyer has trained nationally and internationally with leaders in the field and has over 12 years experience using EFT in a clinical setting. This experience, together with his supportive and thorough training style will provide you with a strong foundation and confidence to start your own journey with EFT.
Level One
This training will give you a strong foundation in EFT, including how to apply it in different situations and get you started using it on yourself, friends and family.

Level Two

Level Three

EFT Level Two - EFT Practitioner Qualification
EFT Level Three - EFT Advanced Qualification
EFT - Level One - Introductory level
Level 1 is the introductory level training of EFT. This varied and interesting one-day programme will offer you an insight in to the background of this therapeutic technique that has transformed the scope of personal development and healing. You will learn how EFT evolved and receive hands-on experience of how to use it in a variety of situations and for a range of different problems.
Immediately after the course you will be able to apply these techniques to yourself as well as family and friends and start witnessing profound results.
Following this one-day course, it is recommended to take the next step to Level 2 to become an Accredited Practitioner - this will enable you to offer your services as an EFT Practitioner, or include the techniques in your current therapy/ healthcare practice, or if you are learning EFT for your own healing and development this Level 2 training will expand your expertise to refine your self-practise. We always offer a Level 2 training immediately following each Level 1 training, so that you can broaden your understanding of EFT and increase the scope of your practise. Following a Level 2 course and once you have completed all elements of the qualification process, you will gain your practitioner status so you can start using the techniques in your work as soon as possible. A fee reduction is offered to those taking both level 1 and level 2 at the same time.
Entry requirements:
To spend a minimum of 6 hours looking in to EFT - this can be in the medium of your choice - reading, watching videos, attending an EFT group or having personal sessions.

Taking this second level training will offer you the option to qualify as an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner accredited by AAMET International, the Association for the Advancement of Meridian Energy Techniques - the largest association for EFT in the world. Certification is subject to practical assessment, completion of case studies and a multiple choice test, and six hours of mentoring/ supervision (group or individual) after the course.
This two-day intensive training course will provide you with a strong foundation and framework for applying the technique in a results-focused way. In addition to a recap of the basics, you will gain further insights and techniques for dealing with a broader variety of issues and gain practical experience to facilitate becoming an artist at using these skills.
You will leave at the end of the training course feeling confident to work towards certification so you can start using these techniques with paying clients. Once qualified, you will be invited to become a member of AAMET International as an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner and benefit from being part of the largest international body of EFT. You will then be practising within AAMET International Code of Conduct & Ethics and CPD/Supervision regulations.

EFT Level One - Introductory level

EFT - Level Three AAMET advanced practitioner qualification
This is the most advanced level of EFT practitioner training currently available, designed for Level 2 EFT practitioners who want to take their EFT work to a higher level. During the EFT Level Three training participants will develop language skills and their ability to work intuitively across a broad range of issues. The integration of the techniques, experience, intuition and healing energy will further open the magical potential of these techniques and take your work to a high level of competence and creativity.
The course is taken over two days and once complete you will receive a certificate of attendance. Should you wish to become certified and then accredited by the AAMET, the following additional steps will be needed:
Complete 4 case studies
Take the AAMET on-line multiple choice test (cost £15)
Attend 6 hours of supervision (approx. £120 if in group setting, £50 per hour for individual sessions)
Accumulate 50 practise hours (minimum 45 minutes each) with a minimum of 20 people, colleagues or clients (if you want to be AAMET accredited)
Attend one supervised client session with your trainer (can also be filmed or recorded) - Cost £120 to include post-session review and discussion.
Once all these steps are complete you will be awarded the status of Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner and will be able to upgrade to Accredited Certified Practitioner with AAMET International.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) is then required to maintain Level 3 status as is on-going attendance of supervision sessions in line with AAMET International guidelines - EFT supervision sessions are available face-to-face or remotely by telephone or Skype or similar.

EFT Level One - Introductory level

EFT - Level Three AAMET advanced practitioner qualification
This is the most advanced level of EFT practitioner training currently available, designed for Level 2 EFT practitioners who want to take their EFT work to a higher level. During the EFT Level Three training participants will develop language skills and their ability to work intuitively across a broad range of issues. The integration of the techniques, experience, intuition and healing energy will further open the magical potential of these techniques and take your work to a high level of competence and creativity.
The course is taken over two days and once complete you will receive a certificate of attendance. Should you wish to become certified and then accredited by the AAMET, the following additional steps will be needed:
Complete 4 case studies
Take the AAMET on-line multiple choice test (cost £15)
Attend 6 hours of supervision (approx. £120 if in group setting, £50 per hour for individual sessions)
Accumulate 50 practise hours (minimum 45 minutes each) with a minimum of 20 people, colleagues or clients (if you want to be AAMET accredited)
Attend one supervised client session with your trainer (can also be filmed or recorded) - Cost £120 to include post-session review and discussion.
Once all these steps are complete you will be awarded the status of Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner and will be able to upgrade to Accredited Certified Practitioner with AAMET International.
Continued Professional Development (CPD) is then required to maintain Level 3 status as is on-going attendance of supervision sessions in line with AAMET International guidelines - EFT supervision sessions are available face-to-face or remotely by telephone or Skype or similar.

Who should attend?
The EFT Level Three course is for practitioners and therapists who hold a Level 2 certificate under the guidelines of AAMET. Attendees should already have experience using EFT in their work and want to advance their level of proficiency.
