Consultations typically last an hour, although initial appointments often last up to an hour and a half.

What you can expect during a consultation
Whether working with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or a different energy psychology modality we begin consultations with a discussion and exploration of the issue(s) at hand and how you could expect to work and resolve these issues using these techniques. During this first consultation you can definitely expect to experience EFT, its possibilities and effects. Clients always leave feeling that they have gained greater clarity of their situation and have made some (quite often significant) shift. A large dose of HOPE, relief and curiosity are regularly experienced during the first session. The speed at which we can arrive at "core issues", or the roots of the problem is perhaps one of the most amazing attributes of these techniques, as is the ease and painlessness of their clearing. Clients often comment how quickly we get to explore the roots of problem versus traditional forms of psychotherapy.
During the first consultation, you will get some indication of the number of sessions needed, although this can change as we progress and is something we will discuss as needed. Whilst some problems can dissipate quickly, others are often more complex and present numerous different "aspects" to be worked through. We take a person-centred approach and work at the appropriate pace - the general idea s to create change and transformation easily and quickly. Clients are also encouraged to use the techniques on their own between visits. This can both accelerate the process and empower the person to manage their own lives effectively, especially in times of need.

EFT Skype or Telephone Consultations
EFT can be used very effectively over the telephone or Skype. This throws open the far-reaching range of these therapeutic and coaching approaches, and has enabled us to work with people successfully all over the world.
Working in this way also allows for support and relief in emergency situations.
Skype and Telephone sessions are very focused and effective, offering you effective therapy or coaching wherever you live or whatever your condition.
Consultations are charged @ £90 per hour and £100 for first consultations (one and a half hours).

EFT Group Sessions
I hold informal low-cost EFT groups monthly, with the exception of holiday periods.
These are held on the third Tuesday of every month at "Triyoga" in Camden Town.

Time: 7.30pm - 9.30pm

These informal sessions are run monthly with the exception of holiday periods and are open to everyone. A great energy is created within the group and participants are able to experience direct benefit from EFT.
Typically participants will include those who have just heard about EFT and are curious to find out more and those with some experience, students and practitioners of EFT who want to keep in touch and deepen their EFT practise. If you are considering taking one of my practitioner training courses, these workshops will serve as a good introduction for you. I tailor the evening to those present.
During the evening, you will be able to watch live EFT demos by EFT Master and Master Trainer Ashley Meyer, and you will have the opportunity to experience EFT first-hand under the guidance and supervision of highly skilled and supportive practitioners and trainers. You will also find the group energy powerful and supportive.
