Freedom from worries?

Freedom from worries.

Dear thinker and worrier, one aspect of harmful thinking is worry. If you are a constant worrier, you know what it is like to be anxious. If we are to be healthy mentally, we must will to learn NOT to worry.

*A worrier is never a warrior, and a warrior is never a worrier*.

Dear friend, it is not impossible to change ingrown habits, if we really want to. If we want to quit worrying, we can quit worrying. Do this simple experiment on your own, if you want to quit worrying.

Just manually write out, not typing , this "Percentage of Worry" on a fresh paper and read 100% to yourself. Copy handwritten out, not photocopy, xerox to experience the real benefits of this simple secret to "freedom from worries".

Percentage of Worry.
"That 40 percent of what we worry about will never happen. That is almost half of what we worry about. "The things you worry about never happen". So I just never worried.

Forty (40) percent of what we worry about will never happen and 30 percent of what we worry about has already happened, so why still worry about that? No point to worry.

Twelve (12) percent is needless worry about our health; we worry either about our lack of good health or about losing the balance health we have. Staying in worry zone will remove us further from balance health. Might as well save this 12 percent and quit worrying , to enjoy my healthy today.

Ten (10) percent of our worry is about miscellaneous things that don't amount to anything.

Only eight (8) percent of what we worry about is worth worrying about. And half of that (i.e., 4 percent) we have no control over. So it is really not worth worrying, is it ? Yeah!

We know there comes a time when we have got to quit worrying (96 % of worries) and do something honestly about the 4 percent we do have control over. The 4 percent of worry which is within your control are me (1%), mine(1%) I (1%) and myself (1%)."

Our excess weight/burden/worries falls in this 4 percent, but we must quit worrying and begin acting correctly. As we begin eating healthier food , thinking soundly, and walking under the sunlight more often(try 9000 to 10 000 steps daily) habituate yourself to walk further in life, drinking sufficient plain water (every kilogram of your body weight, you need at least 31.42 ml of water), it is amazing how quick our mental health starts improving along with our physical health.

When you learn how to balance not only your physical health but also your mental, emotional and spiritual health, you will obtain freedom and joy.

Have a sound mind matters everyday to us. Peace.
