Jesus Christ wasn't just a teacher. He was an energy master, a mystic who understood the hidden architecture of reality itself. 

While the world saw miracles, he saw something else entirely. The divine current that flows through all things. The same current that flows through you right now as you read these words.  It is the light within. The shekhinah. Shekhinah is the romanization of a Hebrew word meaning "dwelling" or "settling". But Jesus had a secret way of accessing it, amplifying it, and wielding it to bend the very fabric of reality. 

I'm going to reveal what the historical Jesus Christ truly understood about human energy, about your divine potential, and why this knowledge was systematically erased from mainstream Christianity. 

You'll discover the three energy centers Jesus Christ actually taught about the lost technique he used to perform healings, and most importantly, how you can activate this same divine power within yourself right now, today. This is not religion. This is remembering who you truly are. 

 In the year 1945, documents that the early church had declared heretical and ordered destroyed. Why? Because they contained teachings that contradicted the narrative of powerlessness that organized religion wanted to maintain. These texts spoke of something dangerous. The idea that divinity was not outside of you waiting to judge you, but inside of you waiting to be awakened. 

Jesus Christ himself said  "The kingdom of heaven is inside you and all around you, not in mansions of wood and stone. Split a piece of wood and I am there. Lift a stone and you will find me." This wasn't metaphor. This was instruction. He was pointing to the fundamental truth that consciousness and energy are inseparable and that you are a conduit for the same creative force that breathes life into galaxies. 

But we must go deeper. Long before Jesus Christ walked the dusty roads of Galilee, there existed mystery schools throughout the ancient world.  Many historians believe Jesus Christ was connected to, practiced elaborate purification rituals and   meditations designed to activate what they called the Holy Spirit, not as some abstract concept, but as a tangible experiential force that could be felt moving through the body. It speaks of channels of light within the human form, of centers of consciousness that when awakened grant access to profound states of healing and divine perception. When Jesus performed healings, he was not calling down miracles from an external god. He was  demonstrating a principle of energy transmission.     He was showing that when your energy centers are aligned, when your consciousness is purified, you become a clear channel for the infinite creative power of the universe. 

"These things that I do, you shall do also, and greater things than these," he promised. Not because he was uniquely special, but because he understood a universal law that applies to every human being. The early church fathers particularly after the council of Nicea in 325 a systematically removed these teachings from Christianity. Why? Because empowered people are difficult to control. A person who knows they carry divine energy within themselves does not need an intermediary. They do not need to beg for salvation or live in fear of damnation. They become sovereign, free, awake. And so the mystical core of Jesus's message was stripped away, labeled as heresy, and buried in the sands of time. 

Until now, because we are living in an age of remembering, the secrets are emerging from the shadows, and you learning this right now are part of this awakening. 

The knowledge Jesus Christ carried was not meant to stay hidden forever. It was meant for moments exactly like this when humanity is ready to reclaim its divine inheritance and step into the fullness of its energetic potential. 

To understand what Jesus Christ truly knew about divine energy, we must first shatter the illusion that has been sold to us for centuries. The illusion of separation. 

From the moment you were born, you were taught that God is somewhere out there in heaven beyond the clouds, unreachable except through prayer, suffering, or the intercession of priests. But Jesus Christ taught the exact opposite. 

When the Pharisees asked him when the kingdom of God would come, he answered, "The kingdom of God does not come with observation, nor will they say, "See here or see there." For behold, the kingdom of God is within you."

Within you, not as poetry, not as consolation,  but as fact. Your body is not merely flesh and bone. Ancient traditions understood what modern science is only now beginning to prove that you are fundamentally a being of energy, of vibration, of light temporarily condensed into physical form. 

Every cell in your body is vibrating. Every thought you think creates an electromagnetic field. Every emotion you feel generates a frequency that radiates outward, affecting the quantum field around you. You are not separate from the universe. You are the universe experiencing itself through a point of consciousness. Jesus Christ understood this with crystalline clarity. When he spoke of being born again, he wasn't talking about religious conversion. He was describing energetic transformation, the death of the ego self and the awakening of the divine self. 

In the conversation with Nicodemus, a Pharisee who came to him at night, Jesus said, "That which is born of flesh is flesh, and that which is born of spirit is spirit." 

 He was pointing to two levels of existence. The physical material level most people live in unconsciously and the spiritual energetic level that becomes accessible when consciousness shifts. 

The secret Jesus knew was this. Human beings possess three primary energy centers that when activated and aligned create a vertical channel connecting earth to heaven, connecting matter to spirit, connecting the human to the divine. 

These weren't his invention. They were ancient knowledge he had mastered. In Eastern traditions, they're known as chakras, correspond to points on the tree of life. But Jesus Christ had his own framework hidden within his teachings for those with eyes to see. 

¶ The first center is located in the lower belly, what the Taoists call the "Dan ten "and what early Christians referred to as the waters below. 

This is your connection to earth energy, to vitality, to the primal life force that sustains your physical existence. 

When Jesus Christ turned water into wine at the wedding in Cana, he was demonstrating mastery over this foundational energy, the ability to transform base matter into elevated substance through intentional consciousness. 

¶ The second center resides in the heart, the sacred chamber where human and divine meet. Every mystical tradition on earth recognizes the heart as more than a pump. It's an energetic vortex, a generator of electromagnetic fields thousands of times stronger than those produced by the brain. Jesus Christ taught from this center constantly. Love your neighbor as yourself was not a moral platitude. It was an energetic instruction. 

When you activate heart-centered consciousness, you literally entrain your energy field with others, creating coherence, healing, and miraculous synchronization. 

¶ The third center sits in the head, the seat of divine consciousness, what the Christian mystics called the single eye. When Jesus said, "If your eye is single, your whole body will be full of light," he was revealing the secret of pineal gland activation, the opening of your inner vision, your direct perception of spiritual reality beyond the physical senses.  But here's where Jesus's teaching becomes revolutionary. 

§ These three centers must work in harmony, creating a unified field. Most people live with fragmented energy. Their thoughts in one direction, their emotions in another, their body's wisdom ignored completely. 

Jesus  Christ demonstrated perfect coherence.  His thoughts, feelings, and actions were one unified flow of divine intention. 

This is what gave him the power to heal with a touch, to calm storms with a word, to transmute physical reality through focused consciousness. 

The disciples witnessed this and asked him directly, "How do you do these things?" And he taught them. Not in the public sermons, not in the parables meant for the crowds, but in private, in the inner circle, he revealed the techniques. 

The Gospel of Mark mentions this explicitly. When Jesus Christ was alone with his own disciples, he explained everything. The energy practices, the breath work, the visualization techniques, the methods of raising one's vibration to become a clear conduit for divine power. 

Now we come to the part that was most carefully hidden, most viciously suppressed by those who wanted to control the narrative of Christianity. 

 Jesus Christ did not just understand divine energy. He knew how to activate it, amplify it, and direct it with surgical precision. And the key to this power lies in something so simple, so accessible that it threatens every power structure built on the idea that you need someone else to access the divine. 

The key is your breath combined with your focused intention. In the Gospel of John, after his resurrection, Jesus Christ appears to his disciples and does something profoundly significant. He breathes on them and says, "Receive the Holy Spirit. Not pray for it, not wait for it to descend from heaven. 

Receive it now through the breath." The Greek word used here is numa, which means both breath and spirit. They are 1the same. The Hebrew word ruach carries the same dual meaning. In Sanskrit, it's prana. In Chinese, ki. 

Every ancient language recognized what modern people have forgotten. That breath is the bridge between the physical and the spiritual, between the mortal and the divine. Jesus Christ knew that conscious breathing activates the vagus nerve, shifts brain wave states, oxygenates the pineal   gland, and creates coherence between the heart and brain. But more than that, breath carries intention. When you breathe with awareness, with sacred focus, you're not just moving air, you're moving energy, you're directing consciousness, you're literally reshaping the quantum field around you. 

This is why Jesus gives elaborate instructions on specific breathing patterns, visualizations and invocations designed to clothe yourself in the garments of light. 

These weren't rituals for their own sake. They were energy technologies, 

   Precise methods for raising your vibration to match the frequency of divine consciousness. 

 But there's another layer, something even more controversial, something that reveals why Jesus was seen as such a threat to religious and political authorities. 

Jesus Christ taught that suffering is optional.  Let me say that again because it contradicts everything institutional religion has drilled into us. Jesus taught that suffering is optional. 

When Jesus Christ said, "My yoke is easy and my burden is light." He was not offering consolation for your pain. He is telling you that the weight you carry is self-imposed.  That the suffering you experience is the result of energetic blockages, distorted beliefs, and misaligned consciousness. 

Every disease, every emotional wound, every limitation you experience exists first as a disruption in your energy field before it manifests in your  physical reality. 

Jesus Christ understood this completely. 

When Jesus Christ healed the paralyzed man, he first said, "Your sins are forgiven." The religious leaders were outraged. Who was he to forgive sins? 

 But Jesus was not talking about moral transgressions requiring divine pardon. He was addressing energetic blockages. 

The crystallized patterns of guilt, shame, and separation that paralyze a person's life force. Once those blocks were released, the physical healing was instantaneous. 

The lepers who Jesus Christ healed, the blind who received sight, the woman with the issue of blood who touched his garment. All of them experienced energetic transmission. 

The woman with the hemorrhage is particularly revealing. She did not even speak to Jesus Christ directly. She simply touched the edge of his cloak in a crowd and he felt it. "Someone touched me," he said, for I felt power go out from me. What power?

His energy field was so coherent, so charged with divine frequency that even passive contact created healing. 

This is the secret they do not want you to know. 

You have this same capacity. 

¶ Your energy field, when purified and aligned, becomes a healing presence. 

¶ Your words, when spoken from coherent consciousness, carry creative power. 

¶ Your thoughts, when focused with clarity and elevated emotion, collapse quantum possibilities into manifest reality. 

This isn't magic. This isn't superstition. This is the physics of consciousness that Jesus Christ mastered and demonstrated repeatedly. 

But here's the paradox, the razor's edge that separates true spiritual power from ego manipulation. 

This energy cannot be wielded from a place of separation. You cannot command divine energy to serve your small self, serve your fears, serve your desires for control or superiority. 

Jesus Christ made this clear in the wilderness when Satan tempted him to use his powers for personal gain, for spectacle, for domination. 

Jesus Christ refused every time because true divine energy only flows through selflessness, through surrender, through the dissolution of the separate self into unified consciousness. 

This is why Jesus Christ constantly said, "I do nothing of myself. The Father who dwells in me does the works." He wasn't being humble in the conventional sense. Jesus Christ was describing the mechanics of divine energy transmission. 

When your ego self steps aside, when you become an empty vessel, when you surrender personal will to divine will, you become a pure channel. All for the glory to God alone. 

And through that channel, miracles flow effortlessly. 

The transfiguration on Mount Tabor demonstrates this perfectly. In front of his closest disciples, Jesus's body became radiant, glowing with light, his clothes becoming white as light itself. This was not symbolic. 

Mystics throughout history have reported the same phenomenon. When consciousness reaches a certain frequency, the physical body begins to emit photons becoming luminous. 

 Moses experienced this on Mount Sinai. Buddhist monks achieve the rainbow body. Sufi saints have been seen surrounded by light. 

Jesus Christ showed his disciples that this is your natural state when you remember who you truly are. 

Now comes the moment you've been waiting for. 

• How do you actually access this divine energy that Jesus Christ knew? 

• How do you move from understanding to embodiment, move from concept to experience? 

Because knowledge without practice is just entertainment. And you didn't come this far to simply be entertained. You came to awaken. 

So let's begin with the foundational practice that Jesus Christ himself used. The technique hidden in plain sight throughout the gospels. 

¶ First, you must create sacred space within yourself. Jesus Christ often withdrew to solitary places, to mountains, to the wilderness before dawn. He understood that divine energy requires receptivity and receptivity requires stillness. 

Find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed. Sit comfortably with your spine straight, not rigid, but aligned. 

This matters because your spine is the central channel through which energy flows. Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath. Don't change it yet. Just observe it. Notice the natural rhythm of inhalation and exhalation. 

This simple act of observation begins to shift your brain waves from beta to alpha, from scattered thinking to coherent awareness. 

Now place one hand on your lower belly, just below your navel*. A rounded knotty depression in the centre of a person's belly caused by the detachment of the umbilical cord after birth; the umbilicus.

This is your first energy center, your connection to earth, to vitality, to the divine feminine principle of receptivity. 

As you breathe in through your nose, imagine you're drawing golden light up from the earth itself, filling the center with warm, glowing energy. Hold the breath gently for a count of four. One, two, three, four.

Feel this energy swirling, activating, coming alive. Then exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension, any heaviness, any darkness that has accumulated there. 

Do this for several breaths until you feel a genuine warmth, a tingling, a sense of aliveness in your lower belly. 

¶ Next, move your hand to your heart center, the middle of your chest. 

Jesus Christ said, "Where your treasure is,  there your heart will be also." 

Your heart is literally your treasure, the electromagnetic generator that creates your personal reality field. 

As you breathe in, imagine drawing that golden light from your lower belly up into your heart. 

But now add something crucial. 

Feel gratitude. Not forced, not fake, but genuine appreciation for anything. Your breath, your life, a memory of love, the beauty of existence itself. 

Gratitude is the frequency that opens the heart center like a key turning in a lock. 

Breathe this gratitude infused energy into your heart. Hold for a count of four. One, two, three, four. And as you exhale, imagine this light expanding outward from your chest in all directions, touching everything and everyone in your awareness. 

Your heart can literally broadcast healing energy across distance. Jesus Christ demonstrated this when he healed the centurion's servant from afar. Luke 7:1-10, God's healing power is not limited by physical proximity.

¶ Now bring your awareness to the center of your forehead slightly above and between your eyebrows. The location of your third eye, your pineal gland, your seat of divine vision. This is what Jesus meant by the single eye that fills your body with light. As you inhale, draw the energy from your heart up through your throat and into this center. 

Visualize a brilliant violet or indigo light awakening here. A light that allows you to see beyond the veil of physical reality into the spiritual truth that underlies all things. 

Hold the breath and silently speak this invocation that comes from the ancient Christian mystical tradition. " I and the Father are one." Not as a belief but as a statement of energetic fact. 

Then exhale, allowing this light to fountain up through the crown of your head and cascade down around your entire body like a waterfall of luminous energy. 

 Practice this complete cycle, earth to belly, belly to heart, heart to third eye, third eye to crown for at least  ten (10) minutes daily. This is the foundation.

But Jesus Christ went further and so must you. 

Once you can feel energy moving through these centers consistently, you're ready for the transmission practice. Rub your palms together vigorously for  thirty (30) seconds until they're warm and tingling. Then hold them a few inches apart facing each other. Close your eyes and feel the energy between your palms, the magnetic push and pull, the warmth, the subtle pressure. This is your bof field becoming conscious of itself. 

Now, here's the practice Jesus Christ used for healing. Bring to mind someone who needs healing, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. See their face clearly. Feel love for them in your heart. Not pity, not sympathy, but genuine love. The recognition that they are divine consciousness temporarily experiencing limitation. 

With your palms still activated and facing each other, visualize that person standing between your hands. 

Breathe deeply into your heart center, building that coherent field of love and gratitude.

Then on the exhale, push your palms forward slightly and imagine sending a beam of healing light directly to that person.  See them whole, healed, radiant. Do not focus on their disease or problem. Focus on their divine perfection.  Do this for several minutes with complete faith, complete surrender to the divine will. 

You'll likely feel heat, tingling, or a sensation of energy draining from you. This is normal. Jesus Christ felt power go out from him during healings. You're not losing energy. You're conducting it, channeling it from the infinite source through your aligned vessel. 

 After the practice, shake out your hands, touch the earth if possible, and drink water. Ground yourself back into physical reality. 

   But here's the most important practice of all, the one Jesus Christ demonstrated every single day. Walking meditation in divine presence. 

You do not need to be sitting in meditation to access this energy. Jesus Christ walked from village to village in a state of constant awareness, constant connection. 

As you move through your day, practice bringing your awareness to the present moment repeatedly. Feel your feet on the ground. This connects you to earth energy. 

Feel your heart beating. This activates your electromagnetic field. 

Notice the miracle of your breathing. This invokes spirit with every inhale. 

 When you encounter difficulty, pause. Take three conscious breaths into your heart center. 

Ask silently, what would love do here? 

Not what would fear do, not what would ego do, but what would love, the highest frequency in the universe, do in this situation. 

 Then listen. The answer will come not as words necessarily, but as a knowing, an intuition, a pull toward right action. 

 This is the still small voice the guidance of the Holy Spirit that Jesus Christ promised would come to those who align with divine energy. 

 The final practice is perhaps the most challenging but the most transformative. 

 This is the second coming that the prophecies speak of. Not Jesus returning on clouds to judge the world but Christ consciousness awakening within humanity itself. The return of divine energy to those who were always meant to carry it. 

You are that prophecy fulfilling itself. You are that promise coming true. 

The kingdom of heaven is not coming someday somewhere else. It is emerging right here, right now through human vessels willing to be emptied of ego and filled with Spirit. 

So l'II leave you with this. 

Tonight, before you sleep, stand before a mirror. Look into your own eyes. See past the surface, past the face you've grown accustomed to, past the identity you've constructed. Look deeper. Look until you see the light that Jesus Christ saw in every person he encountered, the divine spark, the eternal flame, the unstoppable energy of infinite  consciousness wearing a temporary mask of flesh. Place your hand on your heart and speak these words aloud. "I am divine energy! I am one with the Source of all creation. l am ready to awaken fully and mean it, feel it, know it." 

Because the truth that Jesus Christ knew about your divine energy was not meant to stay hidden in ancient texts and esoteric traditions. 

 It was meant for this moment, for you, for now. 

The only question that remains is are you ready to stop believing and start becoming? 

Are you ready to move from knowledge to power, to move from theory to transformation, to move from seeking to embodying? 

Your divine energy is waiting. It has been waiting your entire life. It will continue to wait with infinite patience. 

But wouldn't it be extraordinary to finally meet it, to finally activate it, to finally become the radiant being of light that you were created to be?
