they are assured of paradise and will live with him forever
it is this life and freedom from the guilt and power of sin that jesus each person today
this does not mean following a religion but choosing to have faith in jesus christ who says i stand at the door and knock if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, i will come into him
this means turning to god and trusting jesus christ to come into our lives to forgive our sins and to make us what he wants us to be
it is not enough to intellectually agree with jesus' claims nor to have an emotional experience
we receive him by grace through faith as an act of the will
when people are ready to become followers of jesus the messiah, they may speak to him in a simple prayer
perhaps you are ready now to open your life to god
if so you may join in the following prayer to him softly and sincerely in your heart

i confess and repent of my sins
i open the door of my life and receive you as my savior and lord

jesus said about his followers , my sheep recognize my voice, i know them and they follow me
in order to experience the abundant life which jesus promised, his followers talk to god each day in prayer and read the bible or listen to his word
they tell others about him and meet regularly with those who love and follow him
remember his wonderful promise : all power is given to me in heaven and in earth
lo i am with you always even to the end of the world

⁸Yēsū shuō:“Méiyǒu rén néng duó zǒu wǒ de shēngmìng, shì wǒ zìjǐ shěqì de.”

¹⁰Xiānzhī xuāngào shuō, yēhéhuá dehuàyǔ shì wánměi wúxiá de.“Nǐ dehuà, yēhéhuá a, shì yǒngyuǎn cháng cún de.”
¹¹Yēsū zìjǐ yě shuō, tiāndì dōu yào guòqù, dàn wǒ de huà yǒng bù fèi qù.

Tā shuō:“Kàn nǎ, wǒ zhàn zài mén wài kòu mén, ruò yǒu tīngjiàn wǒ shēngyīn jiù kāimén de, wǒ yào jìn dào tā nàlǐ qù.”
²¹Zhè yìwèizhe zhuǎnxiàng shén, xìn kào yēsū jīdū jìnrù wǒmen de shēngmìng, shèmiǎn wǒmen de zuì, bìng shǐ wǒmen chéngwéi tāsuǒ xīwàng wǒmen chéngwéi de rén.
²²Jǐnjǐn zài lǐzhì shàng rèntóng yēsū de jiàodǎo huò yǒngyǒu qínggǎn shàng de tǐyàn shì bùgòu de.
²³Wǒmen shì jízhe ēndiǎn, píngzhe xìnxīn, yǐ yìzhì de xíngdòng lái jiēshòu tā.
²⁴Dāng rénmen zhǔnbèi hǎo chéngwéi mí sài yà yēsū de zhuīsuí zhě shí, tāmen kěyǐ yòng jiǎndān de dǎogào yǔ tā jiāotán.
²⁵Huòxǔ nǐ xiànzài yǐjīng zhǔnbèi hǎo xiàng shén chǎngkāi nǐ de shēngmìng.
²⁶Rúguǒ shì zhèyàng, nǐ kěyǐ yòng yǐxià dǎogào, zài xīnzhōng qīngshēng ér zhēnchéng dìxiàng tā qídǎo.

³⁴Yēsū jīdū lùn dào tā de zhuīsuí zhě shuō:“Wǒ de yáng tīng wǒ de shēngyīn, wǒ yě rènshí tāmen, tāmen yě gēnsuí wǒ.”
³⁵Wèile tǐyàn yēsū suǒ yīngxǔ de fēngshèng shēngmìng, tā de zhuīsuí zhě měitiān jízhe dǎogào yǔ shén jiāotán, yuèdú shèngjīng huò língtīng tā de huàyǔ.
³⁶Tāmen xiàng tārén chuán jiǎng tā, bìng dìngqí yǔ nàxiē ài tā, gēnsuí tā de rén jùhuì.
³⁷Jì zhù tā qímiào de yīngxǔ:“Tiānshàng dì xià suǒyǒu de quánbǐng dōu cì gěi wǒle. Kàn nǎ, wǒ cháng yǔ nǐmen tóng zài, zhídào shìjiè de mòliǎo.”
