Переговоры о возможном перемирии между Россией и Украиной перешли в финальную стадию, когда представители президента США Дональда Трампа находятся в Москве и общаются напрямую с руководством России. Мы уже рассказывали, что политбюро выставило ряд требований к возможным договорённостям о прекращении боевых действий, и сейчас представители Трампа пытаются эти вопросы согласовать. Стоит обратить внимание на несколько очень важных деталей которые сопровождают переговорный процесс. Вчера подготовка дублёра, которого принято считать "Путиным", проходила куда более тщательнее чем накануне, когда выпустили неподготовленную запись общения двойника с представителями военного руководства. Повторение подобного прокола перед широкой аудиторией означало бы серьезный кризис и сомнения, прежде всего на внутрироссийском треке, в том, что "царь не настоящий". Хотя и предыдущие проколы довольно ясно показывают, что роль Путина исполняет двойник, но два раза в подряд, означало бы полное фиаско. Также надо обратить внимание, что вчера, на совместном с Лукашенко выходе, "Путин" был не в курсе реального положения дел в Курской области. Заслуживает внимания и вчерашняя информация от помощника президента РФ Николая Патрушева, об опасностях, которые несёт НАТО на Балтийском море. Так как Николай Платонович является главой "ястребов" в политбюро и руководит второй крупнейшей башней Кремля, то можно понять, куда именно будет устремлено внимание военного руководства России после возможного прекращения конфликта в Украине. Патрушев, пожалуй, единственный стратег среди немногочисленных тактиков в военном и силовом блоке страны.

Российское руководство задало ряд вопросов представителю американского президента, которые касаются как условий самого режима прекращения огня, так и контроля за его соблюдением. Американская сторона практически через сутки прислала все вопросы обратно с предложением к политбюро самим изложить своё видение решения этих проблем, и сделать это в срочном порядке буквально до понедельника. В политбюро были откровенно удивлены подобной манерой команды Трампа вести дела, но всё-же к вечеру воскресенья выслали своё видение ситуации. С большой вероятностью можно понять, что следующим шагом американцев будет передать это письмо без изменений украинскому руководству, и, вероятно, попытаться, что называется, "продавить" хотя бы часть из требований с российской стороны. Подобный пинг-понг, со стороны Трампа вряд ли приведет к быстрому решению всех проблем, но пытается он с завидным упорством. Уже на этой стадии, абсолютно понятно, что и самому президенту США и его команде не важны мотивы и интересы сторон конфликта, а узел противоречий собираются разрубить мечом принуждения и санкций. Время своей команде Трамп дал до 20 апреля, о чём предупредил российское руководство. Ждать осталось недолго, хотя Трамп, как быстро даёт обещания, так же быстро их и отменяет, и серьезности это, столь важному делу, как переговоры о мире, точно не добавляет.

Вчерашний разговор президента США Дональда Трампа с человеком назначенным президентом России и похожим на Владимира Путина закончился договором "продолжать договариваться". Российское руководство видит любое окончание войны, будь то перемирие или что-то другое, исключительно через призму снятия санкций наложенных на Россию со стороны Запада и под гарантии "независимого контроля за прекращением огня". Трамп не может обеспечить ни одно ни второе условие. Касательно снятия санкций, руководство США готово рассмотреть значительное снижение санкционного давления, но остаются барьеры установленные Евросоюзом и рядом других стран. Команда американского президента предлагает России помощь в обходе европейских санкций, с непонятным механизмом и сроками реализации этой инициативы, а для российского руководства, которое видит падение своей страны в воронку кризиса в экономике и финансовой системе, дорог каждый день. Что касается перспектив контроля за возможным режимом прекращения огня между Россией и Украиной на фронте, то Трамп и его окружение вообще ничего не могут предложить, а видение решения этой проблемы с российской стороны считают не проходным из-за позиции Украины и Европы. Речь идёт, прежде всего, о желании российского руководства заблокировать поставки военной помощи Украине после начала перемирия. Трамп действует на голом энтузиазме фонтанируя лозунгами и провозглашая желания, но это не сближает позиции России и Украины, которые, по разным причинам и на разных условиях, готовы закончить войну. Теперь американский президент будет пытаться свести стороны конфликта за столом переговоров, а его команда должна стать модератором возможного процесса урегулирования.
