Three Levels of Silence

○ the main reason to meditate was that through reaching the inner silence, one could hear the still small voice and receive its intuitive guidance.

● And the best way is to stop being a finite human. 最好的方法就是不再做一个有限的人。Zuì hǎo de fāngfǎ jiùshì bù zài zuò yīgè yǒuxiàn de rén.

● There are three levels of   silence that you must attain to really start understanding the nature of your infiniteness. I'd like to go into those three levels of silence with you. 共有三个级别 你必须真正达到的沉默

 开始了解你的本质 无限性。 我想进入和你在一起的这三个级别的沉默。Gòngyǒu sān gè jíbié nǐ bìxū zhēnzhèng dádào de chénmò kāishǐ liǎojiě nǐ de běnzhí wúxiàn xìng. Wǒ xiǎng jìnrù hé nǐ zài yīqǐ de zhè sān gè jíbié de chénmò.

● The first level is very basic. Strangely it is not practiced by most of the students that you know. Sometimes we ourselves fall into the trap of not practicing the first silence. We think once we practice it in meditation,  we've done our job. But the first silence is more than the silence of meditation. It is a silence you carry with you twenty four hours a day.  In this first level of silence, you shut out the world.  You shut out the world mind in you. That's the first level. And until you accept that level as a necessity, you move into the second level without the power of the first level. First, shut out the world mind in you. ●The second level is when you establish your spiritual identity. And that is a must. You cannot move into the third level until you establish your spiritual identity. 

● And then, in the third level, you establish the infinity of your spirit. These three levels of silence bring you to the infinite silence, in which GGod is the only being in the universe. And in this third level of silence, divine thought, and divine action manifest divine power. And the word (LOGOS) has made flesh as your god life.  

●  The first silence then shut out the world mind, take no thought. The second silence except your spiritual identity info. The third silence expands your spiritual identity to infinite I and rest in the Divine Word, letting God infinity live itself as you.

●  We start now with the first silence. And one of the most beautiful ways to begin is to accept divine peace where you are. If you try to enter the first silence to get rid of this or to get rid of that or even to help a friend in need, you won't make it. 

● Don't take this world into your silence . Keep it pure. Divine. Take nothing human into your silence, not even a human thought, begin with divine peace. 

Please take these words very seriously. They are meant for you.

●  The total silence of the senses is the first step in attaining consciousness of yourself as the infinite I .

This is really so important that it would be very wise for every student to spend seven mornings attaining total  silence before rising from bed in the early morning.  We closed the five doors to this world, the five senses. And when we do, the door to our inner world opens up. 

We awaken in the morning, and the world is still around us. Our body is still, and we lie there motionless. Motor of the brain is not yet racing. It's not straining. It's not wrestling with thought, with problems, fears, plans, schedules, or ideas. The mind is still. The mind is relaxed. The mind is unworried. And this is the peace . Establish that peace now. No aches, no pains, no anxieties. The mind is content to remain quiet . Alert. Thoughts may come and go.  Mental images may stray in. Patiently, we bid them depart, and we wait for them to stray out.  The silence hangs heavily around us. And subtly like a gift from heaven, the peace descends. Vague sensory, fragments of thought, of images vanish. Something clicks off. Our brain isinsulated from the outer world.

● We feel a new level of silence. A silence that is independent of world thought. For comfortable silence without pressure.  And soon time seems to stand still. We are in the peace of the first silence. We have begun the meditation that will liberate  our entire being from the prison of the world mind. As you hold this kind of silence until you can maintain it without even thinking about it, you are in the right level of the first silence. And now the senses are still. Above this silence , reach for your soul. Let your soul establish spiritual identity, and you are moving into the Second Silence.

●  Your soul is saying I am spirit. My spirit is one with God. My spirit is pure.  Unconditioned. Not of this world.  Perhaps you hear your soul speaking these words as Christ speaks them through your soul. 

●  My spirit says Christ in you was never born. My spirit is timeless, ageless, filled with God's perfection. My spirit is always in perfect harmony, always governed by divine law. My spirit contains all the perfect qualities of God. My spirit has no opposite in matter. My spirit fills the universe. 

● Behind this world, right where this world seems to be, behind all the mental images projected into space and time, stands my spirit as the only substance in God's perfect universe. I am standing now in a spiritual universe. And the one substance of this universe is my spirit which is the spirit of God.

● This is the permanent truth of my being, now and forever. 

I rest and let this truth infiltrate my being as my soul deepens in the second silence.

● Perhaps you have experienced the third silence, perhaps not. It is the infinite silence of oneself. We have felt the inner peace in a measure . We have surrendered to, in Capri ality, in a spiritual universe. Now, come up! to the infinite I. 

●Sell everything finite for infinite I . Sell your humanhood for Christhood. My spirit is infinite, limitless, interminable,   unbounded, beyond measure, all embracing. 

●Every divine quality of my spirit is infinite now because I AM is infinite.

●Because I am infinite peace, can the opposite of peace be real?  Cross out the opposite of peace. It denies infinite I .

●Because I am infinite, love, harmony, truth, life, power, justice, wisdom, consciousness, and the opposites exist in reality ?

●If God is infinite peace, where can war exist ?  Where can weapons of war exist ? If God is infinite, can nuclear weapons exist ?

● If the kingdom of God is infinite in a world of pain and sickness, be real ? 

●If God is infinite spirit and I am infinite spirit, am I not the infinite I.  Does the infinite ' I ' live in a dream world of  of pain, sickness, and war? 

●Or in a finite world of matter filled with poverty, hunger, lack, limitation. If infinite I is life, where is death? 

● All these opposites to perfection are temptations of the senses striving to present a finite world where only the Kingdom of Infinite I Am. I transcend this mortal dream.

I transcend the imperfect appearances in time and space. 

● Infinite-I has come that I may have life more abundantly without the illusion of mortal limitations. The Infinite-I has come to open the inner eye to reveal the infinity of my kingdom here on earth as in heaven. For heaven and earth are one. 

●To reveal the absence of all limitations. To baptize me with the blessings of the Holy Spirit. 

●My soul feels the divine substance ; the divine activity of God animating my spirit, my spiritual universe, the divine law that governs the invisible creation. In all things, I feel my living spirit.

●The seamless garment of oneness is the infinite I that I Am where all forms appeared, whatever their condition , only I Am. I Am the infinite substance of all form everywhere, always perfect. Always the perfect manifestation of the perfect Spirit of God, my kingdom is real. My kingdom is here. My kingdom is now.

●I Am the Infinite-I, within every man on this earth and behind the veil of matter.

●I am the One Self, undivided, eternal, immaculate, forever.

●We are beginning the third silence. And now all spaces, here within the Infinite-I that I Am, all time, seemingly past, present, and seemingly future consolidates into the eternal now. All history and all geography roll into one realization encompassing all that ever was and all that ever will be, into the miracle of hereness and nowness.

● This is the beginning of the realization of the Infinite-I . 

● And from this realization , perfect spiritual power flows throughout my infinite being.

● The Infinite-I is the hidden mystery of Scripture. It is the key to salvation. It is the fulfillment of the word of God.

● We could cite many passages from the Bible to prove that infinite God is the only Being on earth and the infinite God individualizes as individual being called the infinite Christ.

●  However, I'm going to ask you to hear only one :  It is John, telling you of the infinity of your own being.  

● It begins in John chapter 5 verse 19. You should read it today again before retiring at night and make it the theme of your conscious meditation before you enter the Infinite-I  and disappear into the dream of sleep.

● Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, the son can do nothing of himself, but what he see the Father do; what things soever do it these things soever he doeth, these also doeth the son likewise. 

[ 19 Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does. ]

●Infinite father , infinite son, it's all automatic. 

● For the father loveth the son and show him all things. Infinite father shows infinity to the infinity son that himself do it.

● and he will show him greater works than these that you may marvel. He is speaking about infinity. The infinite oneness of God the Father and the Son of God. 

● And you are the son (and daughter) of God. 

[ 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows him all he does. Yes, and he will show him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. ]

● For as the father raiseth up the dead and quickeneth them,  even so the son quickeneth whom he will.

In your christ hood, you quickeneth the world. 

[ 21 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so the Son gives life to whom he is pleased to give it. ]

●For the father judges no man but he had committed all judgment under the son. 

[ 22 Moreover, the Father judges no one, but has entrusted all judgment to the Son, ]

● That all men should honor the Son. All men should honor their own infinite christhood. Even as they honor the father, as they honor the infinity of God. He that honoureth not the Son,  he that accept not the infinite Christ , honoureth not the Father which have sent him. 

[ 23 that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent him.]

●Verily verily I say unto you , he that heareth my word and believeth on him that sent me ● if you believe that you are the infinite Christ which sent Jesus, he hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but is passed from death unto life. 

●This is a story about your transition when you accept   infinite Christhood. 

[ 24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. ]

● Verily verily I say unto you the hour is come and now is.

● Don't wait for me to come back. Now is.  When the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God. The voice of Christ within. 

●And they that hear shall live for as the father has life in himself so hath he given to the son to have life in himself. 

[ 25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. 

 26 For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself. ]

●and has given him authority to execute judgment also because he is the son of man. The infinite Christ of you is a son of Spirit . The Son of Man.

[ 27 And he has given him authority to judge because he is the Son of Man.]

● Marvel not at this for the hour is coming in which all that are in the graves (of mortality) shall hear his voice and shall come forth, they that have done good unto the resurrection of life and they that have done evil unto the resurrection of damnation. 

● Good is accepting infinite Christ, I Am. Evil is rejecting infinite Christ, I Am. Whether you reject it consciously or unconsciously.

[ 28 “Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will hear his voice ]

[ 29 and come out—those who have done what is good will rise to live, and those who have done what is evil will rise to be condemned.]

[ 30 By myself I can do nothing; I judge only as I hear, and my judgment is just, for I seek not to please myself but him who sent me. ]

● This is the divine teaching. Please practice it. The three levels of silences practiced for seven mornings are not easy but they are explosively beautiful . No matter how difficult they seem, soon they will become like an old shoe. 

● And the power of the three silences will amaze you.

● That is what you should do before stepping out of bed .  ● Get into the three silences. Know yourself as a living Spirit of God .

●Rest in those silences.

■ 最好的方法就是不再做一个有限的人。共有三个级别你必须真正达到的沉默开始了解你的本质无限性。 我想进入和你在一起的这三个级别的沉默。第一级是非常基础的。 奇怪的是大多数人都没有这样做你认识的学生。 有时我们 我们自己就落入了“不”的陷阱练习最初的沉默。 我们认为一旦我们在冥想中练习了它，我们就完成了我们的工作。 但最初的寂静不仅仅是冥想的寂静。 这是一种你一天二十四小时都带着的沉默。在这第一层寂静中，你将世界拒之门外。你将世俗的头脑拒之门外。 这是第一级。在您接受该级别为必要性之前，您将进入第二级，而无需第一级的力量。首先，关掉你内心的世俗心。然后，在第三层，你建立了你的灵的无限。

■ 最初的寂静将世间的心拒之门外，不去思考。第二次沉默，除了你的精神身份信息。

 第三次沉默将你的灵性身份扩展到无限的我，并安息在神圣的话语中，让无限的神像你一样生活。，[让无限的神住在你里面。][让上帝无限地活下去。]

■ 我们现在从最初的沉默开始。 最美丽的开始方式之一就是接受你所在的神圣平安。 如果你试图进入最初的沉默来摆脱这个或摆脱那个，甚至是帮助有需要的朋友，你就不会成功。

■ 不要让这个世界陷入你的沉默。 保持纯净。 神圣的。 不带任何人性进入你的沉默，甚至不带任何人性思想，从神圣的平安开始 。

请非常认真地对待这些话。 它们是为你准备的。

■ 我们感受到了新的沉默。 一种独立于世界思想的沉默。舒适安静，无压力。很快时间似乎就静止了。我们正处于最初的寂静中。我们已经开始冥想，它将把我们的整个存在从世界心灵的监狱中解放出来。当你保持这种沉默，直到你能不假思索地维持它时，你就处于第一个沉默的正确水平。现在感官仍然静止。超越这寂静，触及你的灵魂。 让你的灵魂建立精神身份，你就会进入第二次寂静。

■ 你的灵魂在说我是灵。我的灵与神合一。我的灵是纯洁的。无条件地。 不属于这个世界。也许你听到你的灵魂说这些话，就像基督通过你的灵魂说这些话一样。

■ 我的灵说，基督在你里面从未诞生过。我的灵是永恒的，永不衰老的，充满了上帝的完美。[我的灵始终处于完美的和谐状态。]我的精神始终处于完美的和谐状态，始终受神圣法则的支配。我的灵包含了上帝所有完美的品质。我的灵在物质上没有对立面。我的灵充满宇宙。

■ 在这个世界的背后，就在这个世界似乎所在的地方，在投射到空间和时间的所有精神图像的背后，矗立着我的灵魂，它是上帝完美宇宙中唯一的实体。 我现在正站在一个精神宇宙中。 这个宇宙的唯一实体就是我的灵，也就是神的灵。

■这是我存在的永恒真理，从现在到永远。

 当我的灵魂在第二次寂静中加深时，我休息并让这个真理渗透到我的存在中。

■也许你经历过第三次沉默，也许没有。 那是自己无限的沉默。 我们在一定程度上感受到了内心的平静。 我们已经屈服于资本主义，屈服于精神宇宙。 现在，上来吧！ 到无限的 '我'。

■出售所有有限的东西以获得无限的  '我'。 为了基督而出卖你的人性。我的灵无限，没有限制，永无止境

■我的精神的每一个神圣品质现在都是无限的，因为我是无限的。

■因为我是无限的平静，所以平静的反面可以是真实的吗？划掉和平的对立面。 它否认无限的我 。

■因为我是无限的，所以爱、和谐、真理、生命、力量、正义、智慧、意识和对立面存在于现实中吗？

■如果上帝是无限的和平，哪里还会有战争呢？ 战争武器哪里可能存在？ 如果上帝是无限的，核武器会存在吗？

■如果神的国度在这个充满痛苦和疾病的世界上是无限的，这是真的吗？

■如果神是无限的灵，我也是无限的灵，我岂不是无限的我吗？无限的“我”是否生活在一个充满痛苦、疾病和战争的梦想世界中？

■或者在一个充满贫困、饥饿、匮乏和限制的有限物质世界中。 如果无限的我是生命，那么死亡在哪里？

■所有这些与完美相反的事物都是对感官的诱惑，努力呈现一个有限的世界，其中只有无限的“我”的王国。 我超越了这个凡人的梦想。 我超越了时间和空间上不完美的表象。

■无限的我已经到来，让我可以拥有更丰盛的生命，而不会有凡人有限的幻想。 无限的我来打开内在之眼，揭示我在地球上和在天堂上的王国的无限性。 因为天地合一。

■揭示不存在所有限制。 用圣灵的祝福给我施洗。

■我的灵魂感受到神圣的本质； 上帝的神圣活动赋予我的精神、我的精神宇宙活力，以及统治无形创造物的神圣法则。 在一切事物中，我都能感受到我的生机勃勃的精神。

■一体性的无缝外衣是无限的“我是”，所有形式都出现在其中，无论它们的状况如何，只有“我是”。 我是无处不在的一切形式的无限实体，永远完美。 我的王国始终是上帝完美圣灵的完美体现，是真实的。 我的王国就在这里。 我的王国就是现在。

■我是无限的我，存在于地球上每个人的内心深处，隐藏在物质的面纱后面。

■我们开始第三次沉默。 现在，所有的空间，在我所是的无限我之内，所有的时间，看似过去、现在和看似未来，都整合成永恒的现在。 所有的史和所有的地理都卷入了一个认识，包含了过去和将来的一切，进入了此时此地的奇迹，这就是“我是”。

■这是实现 'Infinite-I' 的开始。

■从这种认识中，完美的精神力量流遍了我无限的存在。

■无限的我是圣经隐藏的奥秘。这是得救的关键。 这是神的话的应验。

■我们可以引用圣经中的许多段落来证明无限的上帝是地球上唯一的存在，无限的上帝个体化为个体存在，称为无限的基督。

■它始于约翰福音第 5 章第 19 节。今天晚上睡觉之前，你应该再读一遍它，并在你进入无限我并消失在睡眠的梦中之前，将其作为你有意识冥想的主题。
