One of my weaknesses is management 
of employees. I couldn’t manage my 
way out of a paper bag. I’m NOT a 
micro manager, but I am a macro-
thinker—a concept guy.

So I want few employees, preferably
ZERO. Right now, I run a multimillion-
dollar company that is completely 
virtual. I have two virtual assistants and 
a lot of independent contractors all 
around the world working with me (not 
for me). I have a powerful team—all 
without the hassle, headache, and
expenses of full-time employees. I hire 
them on a project-to-project basis, so I 
don’t have anyone on my payroll.

LITTLE OR NO STAFF

Have you heard the saying, “You’re only 
as strong as your weakest link?” I’m 
here to tell you that’s a BIG FAT lie. 
Here’s the truth: “If you spend your 
entire life working on your weaknesses, 
at the end of your life, you’ll have a lot 
of strong weaknesses!”

If you want to make your F.U. Money as 
quickly as possible, you have to focus 
on your strengths and outsource every
thing else. I know my strengths (which 
are few), and I know my weaknesses 
(which are MANY).

MONEYISM #62:
If you spend your entire life working on 
your weaknesses, at the end of your 
life, you’ll have a lot of strong weaknesses.


I run over 50 websites, yet none require 
my daily presence. Some require a little 
of my time, and others require absolutely none.

People ask me all the time how I can 
get so much done. But what they 
don’t know is, I DON’T—my team 
does. All I do is video conference with 
my virtual team occasionally to 
brainstorm and create plans for
growth, and exchange e-mails with 
them regularly.

My job is simply to put the right person 
in the right place, give them the 
resources and direction they need to 
get the job done right, and help them 
maintain focus.
