 Colossians 1:29 

To this end I also labour, striving with all His energy working powerfully within me.

To this end I also labor,

I laboured to proclaim Christ, warn every person, and teach with wisdom so that believers might be presented mature in Him. My ministry demanded relentless travel, persecution, imprisonment, prayer, teaching, and personal sacrifice. Yet I regarded such toil as the appointed means by which Christ strengthened His church and advanced the Gospel among the nations.

1 Thessalonians 2:9 Surely you recall, brothers, our labour and toil. We worked night and day so that we would not be a burden to anyone while we proclaimed to you the gospel of God.

1 Corinthians 15:10 But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace to me ....

striving with all His energy

My service required disciplined perseverance like that of a competitor pressing toward the finish. The strength for such endurance did not arise from natural ability or human determination. Christ supplied the power needed for the work, enabling me to remain faithful amid suffering and opposition.

God actively worked through me by the Holy Spirit, producing fruit beyond what human effort could accomplish. The same risen Christ who called me on the road continued to sustain me in ministry.
