Luck versus Talent

It is your own philosophical position to expound the wealth inequalities than the real underlying causes why the 20% are super wealthy while the 80% are without wealth.
LUCK VERSUS TALENT.
To what extent are those with wealth just lucky - IN THE RIGHT PLACE AT THE RIGHT TIME - AND TO WHAT EXTENT DO THEY HAVE SOME UNIQUE TALENT THAT ALLOWS THEM TO ACCUMULATE WEALTH?

Acquiring great wealth is best seen as a conditional lottery. Luck is necessary. One (you or me) does have to be in the right place at the right time. The key is 'right'. Great wealth is created during times of change - the second and third industrial revolutions. Capitalizing on existing disequilibriums (technological, sociological, or developmental) is the name of the wealth game here. Equally talented businessmen did not get fabulously rich. Ability itself is not enough.

RULE THIRTEEN: Luck is necessary. Talent, drive, and persistence by themselves are not enough to get wealthy.
