First, let us look at the simple overview or summary that Jesus gives of the Ten Commandments.

Basically, learn to love God first and then that will enable you to love mankind.

You can only genuinely love people if you can make them understand God's written Word.

If we cannot love the people who disagree with us it merely proves that we never learned to love God first.

Only God can love everyone.

MATTHEW 22:37 "Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind."

:38 "This is the first and great commandment."

:39 "And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."

:40 "On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets."

The Ten Commandments are brilliantly summed up.

We must first love God so that we can also learn how to love mankind and guide them towards the Truth.

Remember that each individual that interacts with you, knowingly or unknowingly, is playing a part in God’s great Plan for your life.

ROMANS 8:28 "And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."

God calls us to fulfill His purpose, not our own ambitions.

Everything your enemies do or did to you is and was for your good. They are like a surgeon’s knife.

The temporary pain fades after a while and healing follows.

"Love your enemies" because they helped you get stronger.

Opposing their errors enabled you to get a better grasp of the truth. Iron sharpens iron.

We have to learn that action produces a reaction.

A gentler action produces a gentler reaction which leads to less conflict.

We must believe in God’s Will and purpose in our lives, not our own will.

Your enemies only opposed and harmed your own selfish will. God used them to cut off some of your bad points.

So, love God totally and let Him operate on your life using your daily hardships, sorrows, and difficulties. You will emerge stronger and better able to serve God by helping people find truth rather than bragging about yourself.

Each church age had different hardships and errors to face.

Christ, as God, is the only Head of the church. The true church is His Body.

Thus, the first 3 Commandments explain Who God is.

The last 7 Commandments deal with mankind in the 7 church ages as Jesus pulls out His Body, the true church.

Only in the last church age would we be able to understand the deep mysteries of Scripture.

Thus, Jesus looked at topics and events from the viewpoint of the last church age.

The last church age of the Laodiceans is very proud of themselves and their financial success. Success breeds arrogance.

They are the only church age that speaks during the 2000 years. Their first word is "I". Such ego. The curse of our age.

Their third word is "rich". An obsession with material wealth is the focus of churchgoers today as they worship mammon.

REVELATION 3:17 "Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:"

But Jesus Christ describes the modern churches as self-obsessed (I am rich), Bible-ignorant (knowest not), blind, and apostate.

Commandment 1. "I am" does not speak of 3 Persons being God.

Commandment 2. No image of 3 Persons sitting on a throne is seen in the Bible.

Commandment 3. The Trinity God has no name. You can't find one name for 3 Persons.

Saying, "In the name of 3 Titles" does not turn 3 Titles into a name. The church Trinity robs God of His name.

There is no Scripture in the Bible that says "three Persons". There is no Scripture that says "essence".

The 4th Commandment is the Sabbath. There is no "Sunday Sabbath" in the Bible. Sabbath refers to the rest from sin and unbelief that was caused by the Holy Ghost birth of the New Testament church on the Day of Pentecost. The disciples became the apostolic fathers of the church. They wrote the full truth as the New Testament. We must not believe words that are not in the Bible, such as "Trinity", "One God in 3 Persons", or "God the Son".

The 5th Commandment tells every other church age to honour our Mother, the portion of the Holy Spirit that gave birth to the first chuch age on the Day of Pentecost. And to honour Jesus as the Word of God, Who is the true Father of the New Testament church. We learn of Jesus by following and believing the writings of the apostolic fathers who established the only true church age, the first church age New Testament church.

JOHN 17:20 "Neither pray I for these [the disciples] alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;"

Commandment 6. Do not murder truth by making any changes to the infallible King James Bible of 1769.

Commandment 7. A woman represents a church. Do not commit adultery by accepting denominational Roman Catholic church traditions, such as one man being the head of a church. Or believing in unscriptural words like Christmas, Easter Sunday, Good Friday, or Communion in the morning during daylight hours.

Commandment 8. Do not steal fake church ideas like Trinity or looking for the face of Jesus as Judge in a supernatural 42 kilometer high Cloud just north of the City of Flagstaff in Arizona in 1963. There was no face in the Cloud. The face was produced by a flawed photostat or duotone facsimile. There were actually two clouds, close to each other. The second smaller smoke cloud was due to a high altitude rocket explosion. Message Pastors claiming to follow William Branham, leave out the inconvenient facts. Brother Branham mistakenly assumed the cloud was at Sunset Peak, which is 200 miles South of Flagstaff. He was inspired but not infallible.

Commandment 9. It is a false witness to claim that belonging to a certain church saves us because of our obedience to our church beliefs and church Pastor. Especially if we call the church leader infallible because we claim he is the Son of man which is a title of Jesus.

Commandment 10. Pastors must not covet a Bible teaching ministry. Pastors get doctrines wrong and defraud their people.

Envy makes church leaders covet wealth, power, and women. In their blindness, their people remain Bible-illiterate.

LUKE 18:8 Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Not really.

The last church age rejects Jesus as the revealed King James Bible, because they have no idea that they must be restored to the first church age beliefs. Churches reject, or ignore, or corrupt the former rain teachings of William Branham from America who revealed to us how we can understand the mysteries of Scripture for ourselves.

MATTHEW 17:11 "And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things."

John the Baptist was already dead. Elias is Greek for Elijah. Jesus is speaking of another Elijah who will come in the future to restore the true church to the apostolic New Testament, which is the mystery (singular) of God, by revealing the mysteries (plural) of God. God is the Word.

                                  The Word of God is alive in me. When I speak it, I release a living force that transforms my circumstances. 

                                     The Word abides in me. What I demand in alignment with the living Word comes into being. 

                                     l am what He says l am. I have my redemption. Satan has no dominion over the new creation. And I am the new creation. 

                                    Jesus gave me power of attorney over His name. I use it boldly and every knee bows to that name when I speak it. I am a new creation. I have my redemption. Sin has no dominion over me. Disease has no authority over my body. Satan has no dominion over this new creation. I have the power of attorney over the name that is above every name. 

                                     I have my redemption. The SPIRIT who raised Jesus from the dead lives in me and gives life to my mortal body. Disease has no authority over this body and I declare the life of God operating in me.     

                                       I have my redemption. God supplies every need according to His riches and glory. Satan has no dominion over my provision and I declare the abundance of the KINGDOM operating in my finances.

                                   I have my redemption. Sin shall not have dominion over me. The old man who is subject to this is dead. I am the new creation and I live from my new nature.

                                    My angel excels in strength and hearkens to the voice of God's Word in my mouth. I activate heaven's assistance with my confession. 

                                   From the first day I speak the Word, heaven responds. My words activate angelic assistance and I maintain my confession until the breakthrough comes. 

                                    I dwell in the secret place. God is my refuge. No evil shall befall me and no plague shall come near my dwelling.

                                    God supplies my every need according to His riches and glory through Christ Jesus. As Philippians 4 verse 19 declares, I speak this Word over my finances right now. I activate the angelic assistance assigned to my life. I declare that provision is coming from every direction and I expect doors to open that no natural strategy could have opened.  

                                     I declare the Word of God over my children right now. No weapon formed against them shall prosper. Angels are assigned to them and those angels always see the face of my Father. I speak protection, wisdom, and the drawing of the Holy Spirit over my child's life. In the name of Jesus Christ, I activate heaven's assistance over every situation my children is facing that I cannot reach. 

    I declare the Word of God over my grandchildren right now. No weapon formed against them shall prosper. Angels are assigned to them and those angels always see the face of my Father. I speak protection, wisdom, and the drawing of the Holy Spirit over my grandchild's life. In the name of Jesus Christ, I activate heaven's assistance over every situation my grandchildren is facing that I cannot reach. 

                                           My spirit never sleeps. The Holy Spirit communicates with my inner man through the night and I am learning to receive what He deposits.

                                           I set the agenda for my night with the Word. My spirit processes living seed through my sleep and I wake up carrying what God deposited.  

                                          Holy Spirit, I need wisdom about this. You know the end from the beginning. You know every dimension of this situation that I cannot see from where I stand. I am asking you to communicate what I need to know through my spirit in the night and I am committing to receive it in the morning.

                                           Lord Jesus Christ is not small. He is the mighty One at the right hand of the Father. And I approach His Word with the full confidence it deserves.

                                           I come boldly to the throne of grace. Lord Jesus Christ is my advocate and my standing before the FATHER is based on His record, not mine.

                                          I am a partaker of the divine nature. I have in me His faith nature. I have in me His love nature. Greater is God that is in me than the devil that is in the world. I am who God says l am. I have what God says I have. I can do what God says I can do.

The more we understand how terrible our sins are, the more we will understand the depths of God’s love and grace towards us. The fact that God wants us to turn to Him as He will abundantly pardon a repentant heart that is eager for reconciliation.

But we perish if we do not repent.

LUKE 13:5 "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish".

The knife of sorrow cuts out the cup that holds our joy.

The more we grieve over our sins, the more we appreciate God’s grace.

God owes us nothing, we owe Him everything.

There is absolutely nothing we can do to atone for sin.

We must have zero tolerance for sin in our own lives.

But we must seek persistently for wisdom to know how to love the sinner but hate the sin.

When we repent, our awful sins flow onto Christ on the cross where a cross-over effect occurs as His righteousness and innocence flows back onto us.

ACTS 3:19 "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;"

We come to God covered in sin but we cannot stay in this sin. The blood of Jesus on the cross cleanses us from all unrighteousness.

JEREMIAH 31:18 "… turn thou me, and I shall be turned; for thou art the LORD my God".

We must allow God’s Spirit to enter us as God alone can effectively turn us away from the sins that so easily beset us.

When we undergo a change in our hearts then there will be a noticeable change in our behaviour and lifestyle.

We have to be inwardly humbled and humiliated to produce an outward show of holiness and obedience towards God.

A tree is known by its fruit.

Repentance is a declaration of faith in a forgiving God but it is always accompanied by works that testify to the change in heart. The forgiven heart hates sin and is careful to avoid any circumstances that may lead to sin. Sin is an offence to any person who repents so that the repented person has no desire to partake of sin again.

A repentant heart trembles in the presence of a holy God and thus avoids all sins, however small.

The repentant heart realizes how serious the sin issue is and how awful the consequences of sin are. The love of God that is awakened in the repentant heart makes that person dead scared of approaching God if he or she harbours any sin in their heart.

A repented person wants all sins rooted out and through the power of faith tries to establish a stress on virtue and godly living. The focus now is on a decent and helpful life wherewith the person can labour in some way for the glory of God.

Wanting to be obedient to the Word of God is a noticeable fruit of repentance.

5. Meet God if we turn away from sin

 We only meet God if we turn far enough away from sin

Repentance changes our thinking in certain ways.

We think differently about God and about Self.

We think differently about sin and about righteousness.

Repentance makes us see God differently.

We want to see the One that we previously ran away from.

We sought our own comfort and gain but now we are prepared to suffer for His cause.

JOB 13:15 "Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him".

Even if God kills me I will serve Him. What a change in my mindset!

I used to say that I served God because he blessed me and made it worth my while.

That was the Prosperity Gospel. Serving God was all about the benefits I got and my greed knew no bounds.

"Though He slays me". I actually deserve death for my sins. There is absolutely no way in which I deserve a blessing.

God loves me as a filthy sinner with the stink and guilt of sin that clings to me. God hates that sin. I am so embarrassed by the filth that covers me but my desire to survive drives me to seek God like a new-born calf clings to its mother as soon as it can stand.

The calf ignores the messy afterbirth that clings to it. Mom will sort that out in time by licking it off. Such is the love of a mother. The calf just stays next to the mother. Much more than that is the love of God for a sinner.

The repentant sinner just wants to be close to God. God will sort things out for me. I just want to love Him and serve Him and stay next to Him.

My loathing for my sins somehow creates a mindset that sees me longing for the grace and mercy of God. My heart breaks under my burden of sin and tears the inner sins out of my heart. My strongest desire is to establish a deeply personal relationship with this Mighty God Who I somehow sense can solve all my problems and guide me on the right path.

Somehow I can sense that God loves me. Even though I do not deserve His love in any way.

If I have to pay a price, so be it.

Being in the will of God and under His protection is all that matters.

My heart is torn in grief for my sins but that leaves no room for pretence in my heart.

Tearing my heart open to expose my inner sins is beneficial. Tearing my clothes is just an outward show that produces no deep change. Caiaphas the High Priest tore his garments when he condemned Christ. That sham display of demonic fury actually ended the Levitical Priesthood who were not allowed to tear their robes.

With no Levitical Priesthood anymore, the way was clear for Jesus to take over as the High Priest of the Order of Melchizedek where every saved Christian is a Priest. All Christians are equal before God. No Christian is above another Christian. No Pastor is the head of a church. Jesus alone is the Head of the church.

Nobody stands between a Christian and Jesus. Nobody stood between a Priest and the High Priest.

God alone, with His thoughts written in the Bible, is the only Person Who can tell a saved Christian what to do.

The New Testament church never had a Pastor as the head of a church. That is copied from the Roman Catholics who put a Priest in charge of a church about 1900 years ago. The Roman Catholics got the idea from the pagan Babylonians who always had a Priest in charge of a Temple. It was a good business model and made the Priests rich.

In the New Testament, every local church was always run by a group of local elders.

JOEL 2:13 "And rend your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the LORD your God: for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repenteth him of the evil."

My faults, failures, and sins are all open before Him. I hand that whole dismal mess over to Him.

I will now seek God’s Will and leave Him to look after my needs. Not my wants. Not my greed.

MATTHEW 6:33 "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you".

We need Jesus Christ to be in charge. He alone knows what the wrath is that is to come.

So, He alone can deliver us from that oncoming wrath.

I THESSALONIANS 1:10 "And to wait for his Son from heaven, whom he raised from the dead, even Jesus, which delivered us from the wrath to come".

Only believe what the Bible says. Church traditions must not replace the Bible.

If anyone disagrees with the Bible, do not listen to them. They will not escape the wrath that is to come.

When we turn away from sin we must have something to turn to. That something is the Bible.

It is God’s Word which expresses His thoughts.

You cannot separate between God and His thoughts.

The most accurately translated Bible is the Old King James Bible.

There are many modern Bible versions, but they all disagree with each other, so it is safer to avoid them.

Newer versions keep getting revised which creates more confusion.

We cannot properly turn to God until we have turned away from sin and are pleading with God for present forgiveness as we rely on God for daily grace.
