• Come into God's presence as a son, as a daughter 

• Begin with worship and thanksgiving

• Bring your needs according to the Word

• Stop talking and learn to listen

• Take Scripture and meditate on it deeply

• Pray in the Spirit and build your inner man

• Develop a consistent life of fellowship with God

The goal is not to turn your quiet time into another religious checklist.

The goal is fellowship.

The Secret Place is not merely where you go to get something from God.

It is where you learn to live with God.
